Massive Dream Beach Home - Dog Friendly, AC, Steps to Sand!

Loved the location! Just a 5 minute walk to the ocean. We also walked to PB (about 45 min walk). The property was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable, which was important for our multi-family group.

House was fantastic and perfect for multi gen family. Close to beach with plenty of beach toys. Mgt co great. Would stay again.

The house was clean and great for hosting our large group. The location was perfect with restaurants, bars, markets, etc. all within walking distance. The host communicated via text and resolved a small issue quickly and professionally. We received detailed info about the house that made navigating the property super easy and we felt at home.

Very clean home with plenty of room for everyone. Clean kitchen, plenty of cleaning supplies. Hot water for all the girls that were with me. The beach is very nice not littered with trash. The bay is also nice. Easy walking distance to both.

We enjoyed every thing but the parking.But had warning about that so we just used public parking. Very happy with property made friends with neighbors. Will probably book again .

Good location! Great for the family! Every family had their own room and bathroom. The small living room worked great for younger kids and their games.Everybody loved how close we were to the beach.Provided plenty of beach equipment, toys, cover, towels etc.Don’t need to take any beach equipment. Suitable parking for all four of our vehicles. Biggest vehicle has to be on the carport, was tight, but fit.Laundry equipment is a plus.Would rent again!

Great location, plenty of space for everyone, well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. Walking distance to Belmont Park, very short walk to Mission Bay & Beach.

The house is quite large. We comfortably slept 13. The two master suites were very spacious, especially the bathrooms. Most of the house space is bedrooms, meaning the shared family space is not very large. There are three tables that can each seat 6, but they are in different places (kitchen, outside patio, roof deck). So all in all, a great house with easy walking access to both the ocean and Bay beaches.Here's are some minor issues we found: The front-right burner of the stove does not work properly. The faucet on the third-floor master bath tub does not work well. The parking spaces are very tight, as indicated in the listing. It helps if you are adept at backing into small spots.

Great place, well-maintained

Great location. Lots of beach stuff to use. Kitchen was very functional The whole place was clean and ready to go. The management company was extra especially responsive, which was nice. We would stay there again. If there was a knock, parking (for four cars) was very tight for anything other than a small compact or small SUV.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay. Beautiful home and a great location.

The property is ideal for large groups. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group size. The common areas like kitchen and living space were also suitable for our group size. The jetted tub in the master was not working.

We were so happy with the rental property! We had enough parking for all 14 of us (five cars-four in the garages and one on the street), the house was clean and beautiful and roomy, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen was well appointed, and the location was great. We were close to the strand and beach, close to restaurants and the roller coaster (we didn't go there though), and not far from Liberty Station where we went for a paint and sip party. It was a lovely weekend and we would use it again!

For our large family reunion this rental was super. More than enough space for everyone and we did not feel crowded. The location is excellent within walking distance of the beach and the bay and multiple restaurants. The rental staff were superb.

The bedroom/bathroom arrangement and location for this house worked out very well for our group of 8 adults. The living/dining/kitchen area was tight for our group since we wanted to spend our time all together (only seating for 6 at the dining table). This property is probably a better fit for families where the children can make use of the upstairs TV room. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.

My family loved our week at this house. We had three generations at the house. Parents, three adult children and their spouses, and grandchildren. We comfortably had space for all families. The kitchen was a bit tight and hard when there were 8 adults wanting to make breakfast at the same time, but we were able to work it out. The property was very clean, but there is some wear and tear on the property walls and baseboards. There were plenty of chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and towels. This house is in the perfect location to walk to the beach and Belmont Park. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

The property was perfect to accommodate our large extended family. Everyone had a spacious bedroom and bath. The kids enjoyed the triple bunk beds. It's the perfect location for catching the waves on the ocean side, and paddleboarding and kayaking on the bay side. The house was very clean and updated and the management was responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back next year!

Great communication with property manager. Home was very clean and comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs, beach towels and toys. Short and easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the third-floor balcony/patio. Everyone thought their beds were comfortable with the exception of the second-floor bedroom (the one without windows). Even though the home is located on a busy road, the noise wasn't all that noticeable or bothersome. You need to bring whatever you may need in the kitchen. When we were there, it had a few spices, but no napkins, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Beautiful weather, wonderful stay.
