Massive 6 bedroom in a great area!

Cleanliness was not great, furniture was scarce, there were dishes in dishwasher not washed. Also there were no hand towels in bathrooms. There were broken drawers in the kitchen and the coffee table in living rooms was broken. But saying all that we were able to enjoy our family Christmas together. The beds were comfy and the number of bedrooms worked out very well for us dispite small kitchen

Enjoyed our stay at the house, group of friends down for a concert. Great house for a big groups, lots of bedrooms and beds for people.

Overall a good place to stay. The house has some wear and tear but it’s not terrible. There was only one king size bed - not two. The master bedroom has a queen bed…it was comfortable. The yard needs to be better maintained and there was no grill. Plenty of space for a big group.

No or nonsensical replies to messages Replied to Traverse’s texts that (as our agreement was 3 pm check in) we needed code to check in at 3, it was 95 degrees, in writing several hours prior. Upon arrival at 3 we couldn’t get in, Immediately texted at 3 pm, NO RESPONSE, then at 4 pm a local number called stated “We are sorry but all you needed to do was tell us you wanted an early check in and we would have gladly accommodated”. What??? That was our contracted time and you were reminded INWRITING SEVERAL HOURS EARLY AND IT IS OUR FALULT?? Upon arrival delayed 45 minutes to get into house. Clothes still in washer dryer which we folded. Barbecue grill was tucked away with in shed and not feasible to get out. Yard was not desirable for the kids to play. Overall the interior of the house was nice.

House is very large. There are no bedrooms on main floor. Four bedrooms on second floor. 3 bedrooms are in the basemet with extra window exits. One bathroom in the basement with a shower. Basement has living area and kitchenette. One of 3 bedrooms in basement has bed with one bed slat. Maybe that's why listed as 6 bedrooms, not 7. Most bedrooms only have 1 nightstand not 2. On main floor there is a good size kitchen with island and family room. Adjacent to other side of kitchen is nice dining room between kitchen and living room. Some furniture worn or sparse. Also a half bath on main floor. Laundry room has newer washer and dryer. All appliances worked well. Dishwasher was a little tricky. After selecting settings, shut dishwasher door tightly and then press start. Since some of the dishes appeared not to have been washed thoroughly, we purchased our favorite brand of dishwasher detergent. After that everything came out clean. Better set of knives & coffee cups would be nice. There was enough of everything in kitchen. Dishes mismatched. Organizing & cleaning cupboards/drawers would be helpful. Coffee, filters and seasonings available. Toilet paper, paper towels, and linens abundant. Air-conditioning works great. Second floor has 2 bathrooms, one large master bath. Deck good. No grill as described . Small fenced backyard with gates unattached. Walls and doors could use cleaning. Fairly good stay due to house size.

We had a great stay, just in town for the weekend. Check-in was easy, and host was very responsive. Very spacious house!
