Stayed Apr 14, 2026Very cute cottage style home! Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids and 1 baby. We loved it! The neighbor hood was cute and safe, we took some walks and looked at squirrels and birds and had so much fun. So close to town but also quiet enough neighborhood you feel secluded! The host was VERY responsive and very kind, would stay at this place again if we ever find ourselves in Maryville

Stayed Feb 26, 2026A very convenient place to stay. Within walking distance to downtown Maryville and greenway. Needs some updates. As a hip replacement patient, the bathtub had no mat making it very dangerous for falls. Plenty towels, blankets, clean and did accommodate the party of 6 comfortably. I would rent again.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Very steep driveway by cobblestone walk or flight of stairs were options to enter the house and were not good for elderly parents staying with us. Fine for us and kids.Hosts are very friendly and helped us quickly with a couple of minor issues. Beds are comfortable and place is clean. An older home and showing signs of wear, but overall comfortable.We blew a fuse using fridge, coffee pot, microwave, and toaster. Host came quickly and helped to reset it. Also came the next day and fixed a water leak in kitchen.
