The four bedrooms feature comfortable bedding for a good night’s rest. Bathrooms are freshly updated, with tiled showers and modern finishes for a clean, refreshing feel.

A small fitness area is also available for guests who want to stay active during their stay. Two shared kayaks available for use. Waterfront access on the property is for kayaks and paddle boards only. There is a public boat ramp across the street!

- The home is located on a main road, so there may be some traffic noise.
- Next door is a boat storage business with operating hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- The storage lot is accessible to renters 24/7 for boat pickup and drop-off, but this will not interfere with your stay.
- Storage customers have strict instructions not to enter the property or interact with guests under any circumstances.

Covered parking is available, and the property offers thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay convenient and enjoyable.

Please note that there is a boat storage business located next to the property. The driveway is shared between the home and this business.
-Do not block or park in the designated boat storage access.
- Please use only the areas marked or indicated for guest parking.
- Be courteous and allow clear access at all times so both our guests and the neighboring business can come and go without issue.

Guests are welcome to use the neighboring business, Lake Marion Adventures, for boat rentals during their stay!
Please note that the property’s water access is limited to launching kayaks and other small non-motorized watercraft only. The shoreline is not suitable for swimming, and there is no private boat access from the property. Guests wishing to launch a boat can take advantage of the public boat ramp located directly across the street.
