Stretch out on one of the chaise lounges and soak up that Palm Springs sun while being surrounded by a lush green lawn and mature citrus trees, including lemon and grapefruit. The backyard faces west, framing a picturesque view of the San Jacinto Mountains, and there's an outdoor dining space for eight under the covered patio, as well as a propane barbeque for preparing and enjoying meals al fresco.

Once inside this 1, 600 square foot Palm Springs hideaway, the natural light streams into the main living space through the large windows and glass doors, offering a bright and open feeling. The furnishings are contemporary and sleek, with a dash of modern for that Palm Springs vibe. The main seating area is a great place to gather friends and family around the gas fireplace or to enjoy a movie on the 42' TV with a DVD player. The open floor plan makes spending time together easy, as the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other.
