Stayed Oct 26, 2025Check in process was smooth and easy. Very friendly staff. Place was clean and right on the beach. There was not a 5 gallon drinking water jug so bring your own water.

All appliances and fixtures worked fine, no issues with internet or streaming, comfortable and clean. We enjoy this area along Las Conchas, good mix of sand and rocky tide pools. We come to Rocky Point 1-2 times a year, and we always rent through Oceano. Great service!
