Apartment on the ground floor with sea view reachable from a pedestrian street of 100 meters closed to traffic. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with another single bed, a complete kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Equipped with all the comforts including air conditioning and wifi, the house also has a terrace, large garden with swimming pool for adults and children
The garden is equipped with everything: umbrellas, sdradio, barbecue and wood-burning oven tomake pizzas. The area is well served and you will find everything supermarket, pharmacy etc ... Getting around is also very easy, in fact you will have the bus stop just a few minutes away and the sea is only 15 minutes away.

Luciana and Marcello were wonderful, so cheerful and helpful, the apartment was homely and the view was outstanding…so restorative and peaceful. We look forward to a return trip and seeing them again

Located on the steep hills, closely surrounded by other houses. In the middel of a authenic Italian community.The owners are lovely and very helpful. There is no direct access for cars. But this increases the authenticity and contact with the neighbours. 2 nice bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with TV and a terrace with mountain and sea views.
