The house has 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) that comfortably sleep (in beds) 12 people (having 2 more single mattresses and 1 small for children), distributed as follows:
Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds each;
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds;
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed;
• 2 bathrooms: 1 at the bottom of the house and another upstairs serving the two bedrooms (3 and 4) simultaneously (American suite);
• Outdoor area with barbecue and nice space for fun for children and adults;
