Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms, each tailored for both comfort and flexibility:
- The master suite features a plush king-size bed and private bath.
- Bedroom #2 - Full size bed
- Bedroom 3 includes two full size beds.
- Bedroom 4 has one full size bed and one comfy twin bed, great for guests of all ages.
- 2nd upstairs bathroom with two sinks, and downstairs half bath.

Located just 5 minutes from LSU, the house is right on the LSU bus route for easy campus access and is walking distance to several popular restaurants and cafés—making it a perfect spot for foodies, students, or parents visiting town.

* Access & Security
Check-in Instructions will be provided on the day of arrival. This message will include property address, door code and wifi information.
The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else.
For safety and to protect your reservation, only registered guests are allowed on the property.

* Parking
This property has parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage and 2 additional vehicles on driveway.
Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner`s expense).

* Deliveries
No mail or package deliveries are allowed during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

* Noise & Respect for Neighbors
No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.

* Smoking
No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated.
Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.

* Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge.

* Bedrooms & Stairs Safety
Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests must use the staircase to access them. For everyone’s safety, please exercise caution when going up and down the stairs, especially children and elderly guests. We are not responsible for any accidents, falls, or injuries that may occur due to lack of supervision or care.

* Guest Count
The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximum capacity of the house will be charged.

* Security Cameras
For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras.
For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.

* Parties & Events
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $1,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.

* Pets
No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.

    This is a great place to stay and is super close to LSU and convenient to restaurants and shops. It was roomy and clean with great communication from the property managers. The kitchen could use a few more dishes and cooking items but other than that it was perfect!

    This is a nice place, very clean and lots of bathrooms. It met our needs but be aware that all 4 bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs. My husband with a bad knee had some trouble getting up and down them. FYI. There are not any outside areas and it's a townhome, so the neighbors share the walls on one side. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Managment was very nice and easy to work with.

    Overall, the house was very clean and was able to accommodate our larger group with ease. The neighborhood was in a nice location and it was pretty quiet. There were definitely a few amenities that would have been nice to have (e.g. dishwasher detergent, tide pods, etc.).

    Mateo's property was absolutely perfect. It looked identical to the photos online but it was even better in person. The home was immaculate, in fact we have never stayed in such a clean rental property! Mateo and Gloria were so responsive to my every question, and I usually received a reply within minutes.The home is perfectly located, minutes to LSU and all things local to the college. I can not recommend this property enough! 10 stars!

    This place have alot of rule . They don't have party but the people where outside all night making alot of noise all the way until 3 in the morning i wish i could upload the video. But the house was nice

    Our stay was great. Everything in the unit was neat & clean. Wished for a few things that weren't at the house (No BBQ grill & no toaster). I did not bother sending a message as we adjusted our menu with the lack of a grill, and we purchased a rather cheaply priced toaster at Walmart which we left at the house for future guests use.Great proximity to LSU campus, not too far to the convention center and other places of interest. Easy navigation to all of the places we visited.All in all, I would highly recommend this accommodation and would book again when in the area.

    We enjoyed our stay very close to campus and plenty of things to do. Place was very clean and lots of room for us and 4 kids. If you are sensitive to the type of pillow you sleep with bring your own. Otherwise place was very clean and comfortable!

    This house is in great proximity to LSU and in a nice neighborhood. The houses are all new. The inside was a great layout for 2 families with living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. We liked that there were plenty of bathrooms. The furnishings and decor was current. We would have liked to have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and for the AC to go lower. Parking was tight. The price was very high. Beware that if you are trying to leave or come home during contra flow , you will be blocked. We rode around for 1.5 hours trying to get back. Hours trying to get back.

    Our kids baseball team rented multiple homes from same owner. New homes, very convenient, and plenty of space. The owner was fantastic, and communicated VERY well! Multiple weeks before, and multiple times throughout the week!

    Great community it was easy to find. The 4 bedrooms were large with 2 beds in two of the bedrooms. Close to restaurants and shopping. It is true to the advertisements. It would be nice if the other 3 bedrooms had TV, however on this trip we were not there much. We will stay again.
