​​​​​​​This one-story, desert ranch emphasizes nature and lifestyle with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that open out to a resort-style backyard with a saltwater pool, spa, patio living space, alfresco dining and yard games. The walled and gated backyard offers spectacular mountain views. A 20 ft ficus hedge adds a lush privacy buffer of green foliage. This open-concept home boasts clean lines, subtle curves, minimalist style, retro-inspired furnishings, natural materials such as exposed wooden beams and a grand stone fireplace, and a muted color palette, accompanied by retro wallpaper, mod wall art with bold geometric patterns, and wonderful period details such as an aqua rotary dial telephone and a turntable for the full retro experience.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES: This lavish backyard is well-designed with various gathering places. There's a freeform saltwater pool with an integrated spa, a shaded patio, a sunbathing area with plenty of chaise lounge chairs, alfresco dining, a gas BBQ, lush gardens, a gorgeous gas fire pit lounge, bocce ball and cornhole. The alfresco dining area seats eight guests and even has a retractable awning. Beautiful native landscaping and prized, century agave plants add exotic magnificence to this resort-style oasis. Towering palm trees and dramatic vistas of the rugged San Jacinto Mountains add enchantment. Desert sunsets are magical from this patio.     Overall a very good stay. The property was extremely clean and well organized (no clutter or excess junk in kitchen cabinets, etc). Beds were very comfortable. It's starting to show signs of wear and tear, especially the carpet in the primary bedroom which was severely stained and buckling in places. One little glitch is that we had no water when we checked in (the landscapers were working on a pipe and did not coordinate with the management company). We were also without water for an hour the next day, but stuff happens. Also, one of the chaise lounges ripped through when we sat in it. The management company said they would bring a loaner but they never did. The pool area was a little cramped but there was a very nice firepit and good furniture. For the price point, pretty solid choice overall. Would probably look book something a bit more expensive next time for a more luxe experience.

    Yearly trip to Palm Springs with friends and this house is amazing! We loved the attention to detail and very cool location. Highly organized and easy to use house. Look forward to staying here next year.

    We celebrated my husbands birthday here with a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was so cute and perfect for the group. A great place to host and right in town. Loved every minute of it! Would definitely come back again and again!

    The house and the property management company exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect layout for our family and the actual space was larger than what we expected by just reviewing photos online. The house was equipped with everything you could need. The condition of the house, pool and landscaping is excellent and it is all well maintained. There were a couple of minor issues with the house we encountered during our stay (as you might expect); but Acme House Co was extremely responsive and were excellent communicators.

    Beautiful mid-century modern in the lovely Deepwell Estates area of Palm Springs. Close to everything, but you may not want to leave. Primary suite right off the pool and 3 other well-appointed bedrooms make for comfortable and private living for families or groups. House is well equipped with all the supplies you need to cook and eat in. Outside area is fabulous and also well appointed. Subtle Brady theme within adds to the fun. Our third Palm Springs rental and the best with only complaint being Palm Spring's noise ordinance, which these homeowners obviously have no control over. The zero-warning nature of the Palm Springs noise ordinance makes it very intimidating to fully enjoy the outside anywhere in Palm Springs. But this is clearly stated and known before renting. That said, this was one of our favorite homes we have rented anywhere.

    The house was a great set up for us, first as a couple, and then as a 3 generation extended family. Plenty of space, a good layout, nice outdoor area, and fantastic location (but we are already predisposed to like Deepwell). The house was in good condition and well outfitted, right down to the welcome coffee and kitchen basics (e.g., a very well stocked collection of seasonings). We had only 2 nits, but one was addressed very promptly. The heater for the pool/spa wasn't working, but Acme was very responsive and it worked great once fixed (which was welcome because of the unseasonably cold weather). Second, the grill was great but we had to buy a grill spatula because the house had none. Like I said, nits that were resolved. I would say that we would rent this house again, but in fact we already have reserved it again for a month next year. I guess that says it all.

    Wow! What can we say.. what an amazing experience. The house looked just like the photos and was impeccably stocked with everything you need. Great neighborhood close to downtown and the airport. Huge bedrooms and we loved the overall vintage vibe of the house. Check-in process was smooth and it was very easy to request early check-in and late checkout. No issues during our stay.. highly recommend staying here!
