• Please be aware this is a desert environment, there are critters in-and-out once in awhile

• Laundry & storage is located in the garage. Garage is a shared space. Housekeeping staff might access the garage during your stay. They will access the garage through the garage door and not through the private space of the house or backyard.

•Due to the strong wind in the area, the cowboy tub will not fill with water. Please inform us in advance if you need the additional service to fill the cowboy tub on the day of your arrival. (A $60 fee per tub refill).



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard and the landscape are available for your exclusive use.

    My friends and I had a great time. House is clean and well decorated. Backyard is big with a cute seating area. Great location too. Owners respond right away which is also a plus. Only downfall, kitchen is a little small if you plan on cooking but still manageable.

    Couldn’t beat the location for access to Joshua Tree Park! The house was clean and comfortable, although there was a problem with the heat, which we figured needed a little more attention than a quick fix during our stay. Nicely stocked kitchen. Wi-Fi had to be reset by the hosts, but they were quick to respond. The plants in the backyard looked like they could use some attention.

    While there is no mine in the wine mine house (like pictured), the property manager was attentive in fixing the AC issue and making sure our stay was not disrupted. House is well decorated and in a perfect location! The place was clean and welcoming. We would stay here again.

    The house is lovely and well-appointed. The location for the park and town could not be better. We did have a couple of issues (which were rectified) and it lacks outdoor seating.

    Two families with kids 9-13. Walking distance from the west entrance to the park in a well-spaced neighborhood. We were disappointed that the cowboy tub was not filled but the hot tub was a big hit and the mine shaft is a fun touch. Inside is perfectly appointed and spacious with two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Seems like brand new remodel. Kitchen ware is a little sparse for 8 people dinners, had to cook in batches, otherwise great open plan layout. No place to plug in car, which was a minor inconvenience. Desert views from almost all windows.
