@ Marbella Lane - Stylish House + Impressive Views

The ocean was visible from the home, along with a gorgeous view of sea cliffs and it was just breathtaking. The house was very clean, well organized, and had everything you could possibly need for going to the beach or pool. It was just absolutely perfect!

There was evidently a problem with matching my signature, but no one notified me, so we get there at 3 pm and didn’t have a code to open the door. The gate attendant checked my id and let us in the gated community but couldn’t get in the house. I tried to call the number for the host, but that number wouldn’t accept calls. Messaged both the host and VRBO, but it took an hour to finally get a code to get in. We were not real happy with this, especially since I received a message that morning from the host asking if we were excited about checking in later.

Clean and well stocked. Views of the ocean. Super fast response when we reached out.

The house and appliances are in great safe, great location, and great neighborhood.

The home is beautiful. The surrounding mountains make for a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our stay.

I appreciated the great communication, the onsite gated secure location. The scenic location is awe inspiring. We had all the amenities we needed and the kitchen was stocked so we were able to make meals at the home which was very convenient.

The was a beautiful home to spend the week. It was spacious, clean, quiet and welcoming. The extra kids supplies were amazing as well as the extra beach stuff in the garage.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful views of the Mountains and Ocean. Nice outdoor seating for evenings and supplies for the beach if you want to use them. The only issue is the surrounding neighborhoods. Lots of homeless camps along the ocean. We did not feel safe going to the beaches in the area. Drove 30 minutes west to have a beach day. Not a lot of options for eating out around either of you are looking for something other than fast food.

Very nice place to stay while adventuring around the island. Having 3 showers was very nice for cleaning up after the beach. Nice safe secure neighborhood.

We came to town for our Nephews wedding on the North Shore. Toured many beaches, island and things. Had a wonderful time, thank you

The location is very safe and nice. Getting to the house may seem not the best, but it is a safe gated community. There are beautiful beaches over Oahu, but there are hidden gems on the west side.

Great place if you're wanting to stay on the Leeward side of the Island. Home was really nice and in a gated community. Outside the gates there are a lot of homeless people. Really makes the nearby beaches unusable.

This is a beautiful home that is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and stocked. The beach chairs were pretty well worn so we bought some and left them there. Beautiful view and the neighborhood is quiet and secure. Friendly people at the guard gate.

“Marbella Lane - Stylish Home. While the aesthetics of the property were nice, we experienced a few issues. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was unfortunately ineffective, causing discomfort and disturbances during the night. Additionally, we discovered a crack on the living room television screen and felt unsatisfied when unfounded claims were made against us regarding this damage. It also came to our attention that the trash bins were already full upon our arrival, which left us no choice but to dispose of our waste in alternative locations. Lastly, we were disappointed with the response to our complaints about noise and when the cracked tv which was meant to serve as a source of evening entertainment. Overall, while the property has potential, these issues significantly dampened our experience. I believe that a more accurate representation of the property's condition and improved caretaking would contribute to a more satisfactory stay in future.especially if they did a “detailed inspection”. There was a handbook review which already listed the AC problems and a few more issues, I’m surprised that it was addressed and not fixed. Overall the place is beautiful. This place is great for big families and a long term stay. We just had a few issues during our short term stay. If they fix these issues, this place will be a great stay.
