Security Deposit ($500 USD)

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed.

Note: We have a NO-PETS policy, we'll appreciate your kind understanding. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

    What a great home. It's brand new, and tastefully furnished in a modern style. Brand new high end appliances, in a gated upscale community. Located just off the 91 freeway and Tustin Ave.It's conveniently located, and ready to get to everything we needed. Three bedrooms upstairs, one down. Huge kitchen, great upstairs loft. Next time we're in town, we hope to stay here again.
