Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.



We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

    Check in communication was not smooth at all and cars from the hood parked in the only driveway spot. Finally got a hold of a management rep that sounded of someone in an island with roosters crowing? They were not helpful with answering the need to get our driveway cleared and suggested to park in the attached garage but it was strewn with items and couldn’t park any small car. So no one knew how to get the cars to disperse. The property “owner” was definitely not on site but in another state in which it took over two hours to get a spot. The problem was parking and neighborhood was sketchy. Take all your belongings in right away. Police were around so that’s good. The property was old and creeky and you can’t get out on the back. small area because the slider door was very old and unable to slide open. Other than that the place was ok and access to freeway ok.

    This property is a typical short-term rental. They obviously divided an existing home to double their money and flipped it cheaply, which is fine. However, the location is not great. There is one parking spot, and no other available parking, so if you need two spaces you are out of luck. It is just outside an adorable neighborhood, but between the liquor store across the street with unsavory characters and the loud train that goes by I would not choose this location again. But what really caused the two-star review is their communication and their check-in procedure. After giving me permission to have an extra guest or two during the day since we were there for a youth sports tournament, they took back their permission the day before we left. Then I received a message 24 hours before check-in stating that the check-in procedure had been sent, but I had not received anything. After messaging them and waiting, they stated that they had *not* sent anything, but now they wanted my driver's license and a credit card in order to release the instructions, which had not been requested from me earlier. After sending them, I finally received the check-in instructions, but not until midnight and I was leaving early the next day. After check-in their communication was overkill, with them spamming me asking for 5-star reviews, wondering if I would like to extend my stay, and encouraging me to book directly with them for my next visit. I have no desire to deal with them ever again.

    Location was good for the event. They were items that needed attention, and I notified the host. The tv and remote was difficult to work. It would have been helpful to have a booklet about areas to eat. The host was good at follow up.

    Nice location that was close to downtown San Jose. We reserved for 3 days and enjoyed our stay in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient small store across the street. I would love to stay again.

    This is an excellent air B&B, Super soft bed, with the extra blankets were on point, Very clean, location ideal, neighborhood store across the street is a added bonus, communication with host. Excellent

    Everything was extremely clean which is key. Everything looked exactly like the posting but with more room then expected. Not much stocked in the kitchen. (Couple pans, plates, bowls, glasses and silverware) There was only two towels even though our reservation was for 5. (Luckily we had our own) The washer was super water efficient leaving clothes not washed well (needed to extras rinse) but when I email about it, the manager was extremely responsive.

    Property is exactly as listed. It’s hard to find an affordable place for 7 adults at the last minute. This property is exactly what we looked for. Lots of beds: 2 queens, 2 twin beds, plus a pull-out bed in the living room. 2 A/C units were a blessing in hot San Jose summer days. A couple of things to consider: off street parking is limited and neighbors are on top of each other. We had to tell the kids to wrap up their games early at night because they were too noisy. Luckily no one complained. It is a very good rental for the price. Will recommend.
