Stayed Oct 30, 2025House inside and out needs a good cleaning. The front porch was very dirty and the door mat was useless. There was no door mat at the back door and even though the home is advertised as lakeview, there was no furniture on the back patio, not even a single chair. Overgrown field behind home so not much of a lakeview. Very large ant beds against front driveway and back patio, we got bit several times because it was hard to miss them. Pool cues were broken. Home was comfortable but well used with holes in the wall, cobwebs, dead and live bugs. Some stains on furniture, rug and carpet, coffee table was cracked. Bathroom sinks drained very slowly. Check-in check-out was simple, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked good, Roku TV, having 2 1/2 baths on the same floor was nice. Overall it worked for us, we were gone most times during the day.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025A very nice spacious cozy home that has absolutely everything you need with a beautiful quiet peaceful backyard and view of the lake. It is so nice that is also pet friendly, so if need be, you can bring along your furry family members. We all really enjoyed our time and stay! Thank you so much. :)))

Stayed Jan 3, 2025Property was very clean, nice open kitchen area, plenty of room for a large family. Driving to places in Austin or Bastrop was all under 30 minutes which was really convenient.Curtains would be a nice touch, the couch could be more comfortable, and a spare TV in the master bedroom would be nice. The pol ques were in rough shape and I noticed the coffee table was damaged, and small hole in the dry wall in one of the guest rooms. Other than that every thing was perfect.
