    My group occupied both sides of the duplex. It is an older property but was very clean and up-to-date. Both units have a washer/dryer and a mini-dishwasher that attaches to the sink for water. There is a mini-mart across the street with excellent vino and spirits. This place served it's purpose fine for us. Ten minutes to SJO.

    Property is nice n clean inside, convenient location although it wasn’t the nicest neighborhoods. All rooms are under one roof but NOT CONNECTED, 2 different entrances. There is a property contractors try to come inside and do some work at 9:00PM that is frightening us when we came back from dinner, we thought we got robbed, we figured that out an hour later when management call the workers to stop and explain the situation. Hopefully management will correct this issue in the future so tenants can feel safe n peace here. I still recommend to stay here.
