Welcome to Mara Retreat (Unit B), a cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath bungalow that blends comfort, functionality, and laid-back charm. Inside, you’ll find an open living area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms—including a bunk room ideal for families or groups. One bedroom features a dedicated workstation with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work or planning your day. The thoughtfully designed bathroom, in-unit laundry, and ample storagemake everyday living easy and comfortable.

The living room features a comfortable leather recliner, a chaise lounge and two chairs perfect for unwinding after a day out. Guests can also enjoy the game room stocked with board games for all ages.

Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor spaces. The front porch features a foosball table, and cozy seating with ottomans and a small table—great for casual hangouts. The gated backyard is perfect for unwinding with a patio table with seating for six, and a fire pit surrounded by four chairs. Guests may choose to park securely in the backyard or in front of the house.

Pet-friendly and private, the entire Unit B is yours to enjoy—a comfortable retreat designed for both relaxation and connection.

ATTENTION: This duplex has a private side patio with a fire pit area, seating area, grill, jacuzzi with a screen projector to stream your favorite movie, show and/or sport game while relaxing in the jacuzzi. While Mara Retreat (Unit B) has access to the entire backyard (with fire pit, ping pong table, grill and seating area) IT DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE SIDE PATIO. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE SIDE PATIO, YOU MUST BOOK Mara Retreat: UNIT BB OR Mara Retreat (THE ENTIRE DUPLEX). Reach out if you have any questions.
