Stayed Sep 27, 2025This house was spotless, with 3 good sized bedrooms and a fenced backyard. The kitchen floor sunk in a little when walking on it but it had everything that you needed. Over all, this is great house!

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Well, the house definitely photographs better than it looks in person. I appreciate that this is a dog friendly house although I did not reserve to bring any dogs and there were dog beds all over the house. It needs a fresh coat of paint. The floors are poorly installed, and there were nails poking up. We had to put things over top of them to protect our feet. The kitchen lacked any decent knives for cutting, I literally had a very difficult time, slicing an onion. There was one very small cutting board and one hand towel in the kitchen. When I took the plates out of the cabinet to use, I was unstacking them and discovered that only the top two plate were clean that the plates beneath it were unwashed. The bath towels were low quality and very rough.For the price that I paid for three nights I have to say this was a disappointment.

Stayed Jul 29, 2025We were looking for a place close to our granddaughter, that would accept our dogs. Our dogs are like our children, so not bringing them, was not an option. We have a condo in OC, but it’s an hour+ drive in the summer, and this house was 15 min max drive to my daughter’s home in Lewes. There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs (which we love), a nicely furnished family room, and “office” area, as well as an enclosed porch. Plenty of space for us. Would definitely rent again. My only negative, which really isn’t, I wish:) they had a king sized bed in one of the rooms. Hard to get use to a queen, when you are use to a king.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Shower plumbing issues in the spare room, shower in the main bath valve spins 360 degrees. Definitely needs more seating in living room area. It was nice to have towels and sheets provided!
