Stayed Jan 20, 2025Great location if you want to be close to Rye beach. Nice little house that could do with some more particular attention to cleaning, and the addition of a barbecue outside would be nice (with some essential kitchen staples). Basic style accommodation. Look elsewhere if you need something luxurious.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024Quiet area, close to the beach with off-street parking. Walking distance to shops and the beach. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Big back yard and very private. We loved our stay. The place had everything we needed for a chilled weekend away. Would recommend.
