Everything was great. The kitchen was very well stocked, lots of seating, great location and very easy to maneuver around. I would definitely recommend this house.

We love this home in every way. Perfect for puzzles, cozy fires and beach walks.

Amazing cabin. My family really loved this place. Very clean, everything you need for a fun weekend at the beach. Beach chairs, beach toys, firewood, puzzles, and board games. Conformable beds and great showers (a must for me). So close to town (1 block). I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you

The house has large peekaboo views of the ocean from the main living room and the deck. Our 3 yr old grandson loved hiking the path from the house through the dunes to the beach, it was a great adventure. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals. Check in and check out was easy.

This is a cozy well furnished and equipped home, right on the beach. Everything went perfectly with reservation arrangements, guidance from the host, and use of the house and amenities. We would love to visit again.

Wonderful beachfront home on 5 miles of sandy beach shore within easy walking distance of village shops, stores, and restaurants. Great floor plan with lots of space; 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths make it easy living for small groups or families. We've been going to Manzanita since 1985 and this is our favorite place to stay. Already booked for next year.

Everything we wanted was there. So close to the beach and to the town. We walked everywhere. Great experience. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the back deck and the dunes protected us from some of the wind. It was also not too close to the main entrance to the beach. We appreciated the privacy. The large windows in the living room were wonderful for sunsets and we loved the window seats. The kitchen was well supplied. I hope we can visit again in a year or so. Beautiful beach house with all the amenities and in a beautiful location fronting the beach which was just over a small dune. Waking distance to everything in the town. Manzanita is a beautiful town with a laid back vibe. Our family loved our weekend there. The host was vey responsive to all messages.

Couldn’t be a better location for us. We loved the feel of the house. Everything was perfect. If you ever want to sell it, we’d love to know.

Check-in was easy and the place has a good vibe. I was a little disappointed that the dunes obstruct most of the ocean view from the house but we had a great time.

Amazing cozy beach house. The location is perfect having direct beach access, and being walking distance to town. The dune inhibits the ocean view partially, but looking north and south there are beautiful views. We loved our time there!

It was a wonderful place that reminded me of the family cabin I stayed at (which was sold) down the beach for 60 years!

We can’t get over the perfect location of this place and the easy walk to town and the beach! The hike over the dunes was fun, but we also enjoyed the easier walks via the public beach access on Laneda Ave or a few houses down on Beach St.The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed! The wall of windows offered beautiful views of the beach and dunes and the whole family enjoyed the amazing selection of games and puzzles. It was easy to park our bikes between the house and garage. The check-in and check-out directions were clear and the instructions were posted in several places. We can’t wait to come back to this house!

Love this beach house so much!

This cozy home was clean, came with non-toxic soaps and gluten-free cooking spices (!!), had comfy beds, and featured a nice fireplace. However, the host never responded to my pre-trip question about the somewhat confusing check-in process, and we were unable to start a load of laundry when we left because there were no laundry machines to be found in the house and no instructions in our checkout materials indicating where to find them. Also, I was disappointed to find that the views of the beach and waves are mostly blocked by the dune behind the house, and the path to the beach was fairly steep, both descending the steps down and climbing the dune. Other than that, we loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood very close to town.

This house is well-loved and comfortable, and in a spectacular location. It has definite grandma vibes, in the absolute best way. The house is old and some of the furniture is rickety, but there are clearly ongoing improvements, which are done with high-quality materials and great care. The kitchen is better appointed than any other vacation rental we've stayed in (though I'm still glad I brought my favorite chefs knife and frying pan from home). The beds are comfortable, with nice quality linens - nicer than what we provide in our own vacation rental. I'm inspired to do better! We loved running straight onto the dunes and beach at all hours of the day, and watching the waves while lounging on the window seat. It felt like a privilege to spend a few days on this very special piece of land. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Peaceful and recharging. My 3 favorite things about this house is it’s location to the beach and the town, the bathtub, and absolutely the fireplace

We had a glorious stay. Beautiful view and a warm sunny weekend. The living area is an open floor plan which floods with sunlight and offers a perfect perch for taking in the sunset. Comfortable bed. Perfect location to pop over to the store and local shops within a couple of blocks. Delightful. Feels like home.

holy macaroons! We stay at a lot of places along the Oregon Coast. And there has not been a single place (in any price range) that was as well outfitted as this one! From condiments to proper cookware to appliances, bedding, bathrooms stuff and all. We experienced a power outage while there, and lo and behold there was a labelled cupboard with everything we needed to ride out the storm! Add to that the beach access and views from the living room and you've got PERFECTION! Absolutely loved it!

The home is roomy and very comfortable. Its location right on the beach added to our excellent experience. As winter guests, we found the neighborhood tranquil. It's a superb destination for people with children and dogs. The late arrival time of 4 pm, was the least agreeable part of the stay.

One block from town, yet incredibly secluded and quiet. Perfectly designed for maximum privacy and for welcoming family members with little ones staying at another house. Excellently equipped kitchen, including condiments and spices. Wonderful views of Neahkahnie and the ocean-especially to the south. Super puzzle and game assortment, and a separate game/card table! Love this house!

Very nice older home on the beach, yet easy walk into town. House had everything we needed so it was very comfortable. Loved the deck for morning coffee, gorgeous beach for long walks and fabulous sunsets!!

This was our third year in this lovely homey cabin. Rustic and clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need from kitchen tools to bedding and firewood! Right on the beach although grass dunes in front but still views of the the rolling surf. Two blocks to the lovely shop offering quality gifts and food. Will return next year ❤️❤️❤️❤️

2nd time here. Enjoyed the first which prompted a return. I had left my coat in the closet the first time and two years later it's still there. Also, I enjoy/appreciate the history of the people/families of the house along the way. Good vibes.

Super clean and cozy. Particularly nice location if you want to walk to town. We loved it.

The house is very nice and in a good location. However, some of the amenities that were listed were not present. Such as, no iron and the DVD player. These things may seem minor to some, but were very disappointing for my family. I contacted the host regarding these things after our first night. She replied but had no answers and said she would get back to me. I never heard back from her again.

The location was perfect. The home was clean and well-stocked. The dune grass partially obstructed the view of the ocean. Walking south a block on the street provided easier beach access. It was great having a fireplace for evenings or a rainy day. Overall it was a great place to stay. I would have loved more comfortable chairs in the living room with ottomans...but, that's because I'm short and old!! LOL

It was our second year in this house and we loved it! Super spacious for five people — two couples and a teen, plus a pup. Loved the vintage vibe, well-stocked kitchen, and the location looking out on the dunes and ocean and close to town. Will definitely stay here again and again!

It was so nice to stay in this warm, welcoming home again! The home is just right for our family of 5, including 3 teens, along with our dog, to have a few days at the beach, puzzle and play games together. Thanks for hosting!

We had a great time. House is well located on the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. House was clean and comfortable. Very well appointed, lots of kitchen utensils, etc. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend.
