Within walking distance to gorgeous Manyana beach, this two storey holiday home has loungeroom, kitchen and dining in the upstairs area, but your sure to spend a lot of time kicking back on the front or rear decks.

There are three bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet on the upper level of this home.

Bedroom one - Queen, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - Two singles.

The downstairs area has a rumpus room or fourth bedroomwith a queen bed, laundry and another shower and toilet for your convenience.

The yard is fully fenced making it suitable for younger children and has an outdoor cold shower.

New rear undercover deck with gas bbq and outdoor furniture.

Manyana offers surf beaches, with a variety of reef breaks close by, great fishing and nearby Lake Conjola for still water enthusiasts.

There are spectacular options for SUP's and kayaking as well.

Yalunga Reserve nearby also has tennis courts, soccer field, skate park and basket ball court but you do need to bring your own equipment.

Enjoy your morning coffee at Bendalong Store and Cafe after a stroll along Washerwomans beach which is pet friendly off lead.
