Stayed Nov 8, 2024We had a really nice stay at this property. The location was EXCELLENT! Could use a little maintenance as it is an old house, but nothing that was a deal breaker.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Everything was excellent- plenty of utensils and glassware for the crowd. There was a little bit of confusion about the check in process, but otherwise- the stay was perfect!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We had 8 people and loved it. The AC did go out on the second floor but that is no fault of the but I can’t hold that against the property or the owner. Excellent location to town and the Katy Trail. Very clean and perfect amount of space.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024It is a large house that is very close to downtown Hermann but far away enough that there was no racket. The house is nice, I'll be at a little strangely spaced. We were a group of nine adults from ages 18 to 85. There is only one bathroom on the first floor, and it is not attached to either of the bedrooms. There is no dishwasher or oven at this location. We were told that ahead of time and planned accordingly. The kitchen is super small. Everyone reported sleeping was fine and the beds were fine. I would probably return here.
