Consider this house your home away from home while you visit central Eugene. This adorable 3-bedroom retreat is a fully renovated 1915 home in Whitaker neighborhood, which is a neighborhood with colorful houses, cafes, nightlife, breweries and restaurants within one block of the house. It is 1.5 miles to UofO and 1/4 mile to the river bike path (there are a few bikes to use at the Mandarin). It features a full kitchen and a kitchenette, which is adjacent to the master bedroom suite. This suite also has its own exit/entrance and a separate fully fenced yard. The rest of the house has two more bedrooms decorated in boho style, along with a full sized air hockey table (4X8 feet) in one of the rooms. With 2 bathrooms, guests can either enjoy a shower or a soak in the clawfoot tub. The quaint living rooms offer extra sleeping options with a Queen size sofa bed in the living room, for large groups. The Mandarin is really in the best location to travel on foot (or bike)... park your car in the driveway and leave it!
