Manatee Cottage - Private Pool, Tropical Oasis!

From beginning to the end of our trip it was perfect. The host was easy and communicated well. The property is beautiful. We stayed there over Christmas and my family had the best time. This might become an annual event!!

We LOVED our stay at the house! The decor is incredible, and the house is wonderful! We had everything we needed and wanted. The house was clean upon arrival and check out was a breeze! The host was very prompt in responding questions. We would absolutely recommend this house to friends or family!! Thank you for a great week!!

Property was in a great location and had plenty of room for us. Minor issues were dealt with promptly. Cleanliness overall was fine. Two major issues were the back deck was extremely dirty- you had to wear shoes are your feet were black. Second- when you walked barefoot in the house your feet were also black on the bottom. The floors appeared clean but obviously were not.

We loved this house with his quaintness and charm but easy access to everything. The pool was amazing and the playground a blcok away quickly became a favorite. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely place. Very clean and quiet. Went to watch Spring training-about 1/2 hours to the ball fields, Also abut 1/2 hour to public beach. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. Kitchen VERY well stocked. Would stay again

Came to FL. For a gymnastics competition, and this house was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and bunk beds. House was clean and very nicely decorated. My only issue was our last full day we were enjoying the pool when some man came in to vacuum it. I thought it was weird that he couldn't wait until the next day when we checked out. And later on I realized he left the gate open to the street. So very strange, but other than that the house was great.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Very thoughtful and quality amenities. The provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers make a trip to the beach effortless. The pool is great with lights at night and plentiful chairs and tables. The palm trees out back make a beautiful background while you are swimming and the fenced in yard provides complete privacy. We enjoyed the hammocks too.The house is deep so the bedrooms are separated enough for privacy and two living room areas provide space for different groups to enjoy their own thing.Note-the barware is in the island cabinet under the counter/behind the bar stools (we didn't find them at first glance)We had very quick responses to inquiries.Very well appointed kitchen. It had everything we needed.The interior design is upscale beachy and very well done.The closets are big and have plenty of hangers.Lots of storage space in the bedroom furniture.Nice neighborhood. We felt very safe.

Awesome property! Everything was like the description and very clean. Direction to access and check out were clear without the guess work. I would recommend this property to others.

We have stayed at many other VRBOS but the Manatee Cottage was by far the best one yet! Everything was clean and organized and so smooth. The pool was so clean and nice! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and so comfortable. The location was ideal. We visited so many different beaches to watch the sunset every night! We did not want to leave and our teenagers kept asking “May we stay a little longer?”

The cottage was beautiful and the location really good. The location is like 15-20 minutes from Manatee beach, Ana Maria y Coquina. Very convenient restaurant close by and a Publix supermarket really close too. The house has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need and the pool is perfect for whole family ??We will definitely visit again! One recommendation if you are visiting during the summer take some off with you for the mosquitos! We had a great time!
