Manatee Bay , Pool table, Pool, Kayaks, Jacuzzi not working.

In a good location, dock for rental boat was fine, parking fine, air con worked fine but very noisy and lots of black mould on vents, appliances worked ok. BUT couldn’t use table on screened balcony as plastic rattan unraveling on table and chairs with sharp pieces sticking out, cushions in chairs absolutely filthy, screen hanging g off door so mosquitoes just flew through, so had to spend evenings inside (not what we were looking forward too. BBQ grill filthy too. Windows dirty ( I actually cleaned some to get handprints off, not how I want to spend my holiday) one bathroom no running water in sink and tap fitting on bath loose and looked like it would pull out of wall so didn’t try to use it. Some Kitchen cupboard doors hanging off when opened. There was a smoke detector in a bowl on table with no battery, to be fair we did find one above main bedroom door working, but would have thought a house of that size needs more than one. General waste bins were only emptied once, although note on fridge said to put out twice a week and recycling bins were full when we arrived and still same when we left after 2 weeks. We were only a couple but house accommodates 10, there was only glassware plates etc for maybe 6 people(didn’t affect us but still not right). I had read reviews saying house needs tlc, but was disappointed

Pros: Great location for boaters, close to the ramp, large dock, cleaning table and bait freezer. Plenty parking for a boat trailer plus cars. Refreshing pool to swim in after a hot day. Beautiful views from the back of the house and porch. Comfortable Beds.Cons: Not very clean, master bath was full of mildew including the air vents. The pillows are worn and flat. Refrigerator is missing a drawer & shelves and ice maker is broken. No ceiling fan in the main bedroom.

Adam and Wendy are always great hosts. Hot Tub went out and he came right out to fix it, unfortunately beyond repair. We caught monster snapper off the dock. We even jumped a 100lb tarpon, and landed a 5 foot nurse shark off the the dock. Always a great location at a great place. 4 time there, 5th time renting from AdamWithout issues.

Similar to other feedback, repairs and or upgrades needed. The property manager informed us a day ahead of reservation that jacuzzi was not working. I had appreciated the heads up. Great location, pool and dock. House was clean in the main foot traffic areas and beds comfortable.

Can't say enough great things about this rental. First off the location is amazing with lots of fish and birds nearby with kayaks to explore the area. Couldn't really have asked for a better experience and will consider staying again.

Outstanding home! Had everything needed and more. Pool, hot tub, grill, plenty of space inside. Manatee come to visit! Terrific location with good walking and biking trails. Responsive host. Will be back!!

The amenities were great. It was nice having a pool and hot tub to ourselves.

The location of this property is excellent — close to everything and in a beautiful setting. However, several issues need attention for this home to reach its full potential.The dock bench was not secured and bent backward off its brackets, making it unusable. The end of the dock was also unstable and a bit unsafe.The pool was cloudy during our stay, and all the pool deck chairs were falling apart. All the showers had visible mold, and one of the bedrooms had holes in the wall. The master bathroom had a leaking toilet and a strong urine odor.On a positive note, the upstairs patio/ grill area was very nice and functioned well without any issues. Also the kitchen was clean and functional. With some repairs and maintenance, this place could be truly top tier.

Needs a little work inside with cleaning, was alot of mold on AC Vents, pool needed to be cleaned and add water to it.

We had a great time in Marathon, FL at Manatee Bay. We rented a 24' boat from Coco's boat rental and spent our days in the Florida Bay and Atlantic, exploring sand bars, fishing, and snorkeling or just cruising. We docked our boat and enjoyed the wildlife we saw on a daily basis from the pier, and it was nice to come back to the pool for a relaxing evening. The house is as represented. I believe it is in the process of being updated. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the switches do not turn on the lamps. Just a little aggravating and dark in the bedroom when getting dressed. The beds were comfortable. The screened porch was wonderful for our meals and enjoying the scenery without fighting insects. A really nice place to stay and hope to visit again.

Loved our stay! All was clean and comfortable. House had all we needed and husband fished off the dock everyday and went kayaking. Quiet neighborhood- just perfect. Hope to come back again!

We enjoyed the dock, porch, and pool very much. Manatees, pelicans, and even a shark were novelties for us as New Englanders! So many cool restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Minor cosmetic issues other reviewers mentioned, but didn't put a damper on our experience in the least. I was anxious about cleanliness, but was happy to see that the house was quite clean. We would 100% stay again!

Well maintained, exceptional location, The management responded immediately to any concern. This was a toughly enjoyable vacation.

Two weeks in Marathon. Saw manatees, turtles, tarpon, sharks and dolphin from the dock. Convenient location in the middle of the Keys.

The location itself is nice and close to everything. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially due to the chilly weather we had while there. The A/C worked great. The house definitely could use some TLC- the recliners in the couches don’t work, there is junk sitting under the house that should be removed, tile has chipped off the pool, the fence around the pool is not sturdy, not all wall sockets function, and the plumbing could use some work. Property manager responded quickly to an emergency that occurred. Good price point for marathon but what you pay is what you get.

Great location! Plenty of room for all of us. The view of the lagoon was phenomenal. The dock for the boats is great !!! We had a very relaxing week this week. Communication with owner/ property managers was excellent. We will DEFINITELY be booking this property again !!!
