Access two five shore points Spring Lake, Sea Girt , Manasquan , Belmar and Point Pleasant with in 8-10 mins. Hang at the beach, cool off at the pool and BBQ with friends and family with a very private .75 acre backyard. Allaire state park, Manasquan Nature reserve all with in mins as well as bike path
