Mallard Lakes Waterfront Getaway w/ Free WiFi, A/C, Shared Pools, & Hot Tub

We absolutely loved this vacation rental it was absolutely gorgeous and very close to the beach. This home away from home had many amenities and creature comforts. Bathroom shower was gorgeous and enjoyed both shower head sprays, bedrooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully functional, with stove, microwave, toaster and more., we appreciated the extra bathroom close to entry for the kids, living room area is just wow, gorgeous! We enjoyed biking around, and sitting out at the beautiful pond in the evening. Hands down best place we have stayed at. I will be renting from here for now on.

This property is so wonderful! Plenty of room and felt like a vacation the whole time with the view of the pond in the back. The access to a playground within a 1 minute walk and a pool is a 2 minute walk is unbeatable with kids. Great restaurants right across the street and half mile away! Very short and easy drive to the beach. Plenty of chairs, toys and umbrellas to go around. Highly recommend.

This was our 24th year at Mallard Lakes and our 4th time staying in this particular unit!

Comfortable home

The house was excellent, from the awesome bathroom, cleaniness, good price and everything needed. It was perfect, one of the best we ever stayed in, we highly recommend it. As a fellow Vrbo host, we were very impressed.

Relaxing and well-appointed condo. Convenient to beach, shopping, hiking, and restaurants.

Nice townhouse and quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and only a couple miles from OC. There is a mildew smell when you walk in. A/C was good downstairs, but not quite as cool in master bedroom upstairs. If you’re elderly you could have a problem lugging a heavy suitcase upstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Also, the only bathroom upstairs is a bathtub/shower combo which is good if you have small children to bathe. If you’re elderly it could be difficult to climb in and out to shower. Townhouse was nice overall and we had everything we needed for our one week stay. The washer and dryer is brand new, so that was really nice. There’s a half bath next to kitchen, which is nice too.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view over the lake was beautiful, and the neighborhood was very quiet. My kids enjoyed the pool and playground while we were in between activities. The condo was not only clean, but it seemed to be updated. It was definitely a bonus to have the washer and dryer! We will definitely be booking here again.

This beautifully styled vacation home is situated around a gorgeous lake with wildlife in abundance from ducks to squirrels and much more . I appreciated having the amenities such as pool, tennis, biking. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to make a meal. The bedrooms looked new, beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious. I highly recommend for anyone to stay, I felt right at home and did not want to leave.

Our Stay was simply wonderful, our condo was so beautifully decorated, from the floors to the lights and cute fireplace, and both bedrooms , we couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was nice to wake up enjoy coffee on back patio, go for a bike ride , or make the short distance to visit the beach and come back to swimming. I loved the new washer dryer and the fully functional kitchen stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend! Will be staying here again!

Loved it here. Very comfortable bed. Love the recliners in the living room. Enjoyed being able to reheat leftovers in the oven. Beautifully decorated!
