Stayed Aug 30, 2025The property was exactly what we needed. It has a well stocked kitchen to prepare almost anything. The house was clean and everything was in good shape. The amount of places to sleep was great for a traveling family or group. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was quiet. You can have a peaceful cup of coffee in the sunroom out back watching the water fountain in the lake. The location is in great proximity to all you need and want to visit without being in the thick of it. Thanks to the host for a great stay and the great communication

Stayed May 17, 2025We loved our night stay here. We wish we had been staying for the whole weekend so we could have hung out at this nice place longer. Was clean and the couch and beds were comfy and the sunroom was a nice place to hang out.

Stayed May 26, 2023We had a great time over MDW. The condo had plenty of room for families traveling with kids, and a pullout cot was available as well. The kitchen was accurately stocked with everything you may need while vacationing. It was one of the cleanest condos we’ve stayed at, at Mallard Lakes. The location was walking distance to both playgrounds and both pools.

Stayed Sep 30, 2022Julia was very accommodating in regards to communication. She was even very understanding when we almost had to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency. The place was cute, and larger then we imagined. Even though the weather was a little less than desirable, we did get one good day at the beach. And we got to enjoy using day two to SLOWLY head back and visit different places. Julia was fantastic, and we will be staying here again in the future.
