Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving. This vacation townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen areas, enclosed porch and outside shower.

Things to Know
Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week.
No pets.
Smoking is not allowed at the pools or in the unit.
No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The rooms were nice and there were enough towels for everyone. The home is older and a little outdated but who cares when you’re at the beach! It served its purpose. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so, we paid extra for these and didn’t need to. Nice place and has everything you’d need for a week at the beach. Outdoor shower is a plus!!

    We love Mallard Lakes and have stayed in several condos over the years. We found this unique 3 bedroom, which is why we chose it this year. We enjoyed the extra space. However, the ceiling fan in the living room did not work all week and the tv options were very limited. We were only able to log into our Netflix. Everything else we had subscriptions for required the owners “roku pin” to access.
