Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving.

This two story, 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom townhouse has a spectacular view of the adjacent tidal lake and marsh. The unit offers a full kitchen (with breakfast bar), living room (with 40' LED HD TV), dining area, screened porch, outside shower and outdoor storage area. The master bedroom has a 19' LED HD TV. New luxury plank flooring has been installed throughout the 1st floor in 2021. Kayaking, fishing and crabbing are permitted in the tidal lake. The picnic table and charcoal grill located next to the parking lot are available for guest use.

Things to Know
Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week.
Smoking is not allowed at the pools.
No trailer or boat parking is allowed on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Relaxing and enjoyed evening game time with family after daytime of miniature golf and other activities.Loved the closeness of not having to drive to far.Over all stay wonderful. I'm an older person and enjoyed that there was handicap rail.

    The property was SO clean, even though it was a bit dated. Only improvement would be to the beds (a bit uncomfortable). Kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood was great!

    Really love having a pool to go to since it was a couple miles to the beach. We loved the Mallard Lakes community with its wild birds and well kept community.

    condo was nice. only 2 complaints..... 1) absolutely the worst beds we ever stayed on. was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood laying on concrete. we woke up every morning with back pain!!!!! 2) no dish towels or hand towels in kitchen !
