Stayed Aug 23, 2023Excellent property. Brand new. Seamless stay. Not much to do around. Good option for OU parents given how narrow the hotel choices are in the area. It is 20 mins from campus.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We had such a fun time at this tiny home! It stormed most of our stay, so the cookware inside came in really handy. When it was nice out, the fire pit and porch were nice to use. Ash Cave and Old Man's Cave were about an hour out and made for a good weekend.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025This tiny house was so cute and perfect for my sister and I. The only issues we had was the TV remote having dead batteries and the door doesn’t lock so we struggled first entering. It’s very clean and easy to find, not far from OU either!!

Stayed Oct 6, 2023We loved this place & property! My only negative comment is the towel situation- no kitchen towels, but sponges included. Nothing to dry dishes so had to use bathroom washcloths. Also we were only given two shower towels, but would have liked more for floor, my hair, etc. We were given 1 hand towel, 4-5 washclothes, and 2 shower towels. Not a deal breaker, but definitely annoying. Also wish we had a heads up on taking out trash and removing linens. A little annoying when we are already paying a cleaning fee.
