This property suited our needs for our 6 night stay and visit to Acadia NP and the surrounding area. It's really well furnished with everything you would need. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The house was comfortable and well-equipped for our visit. Its central location made access to trails and shops easy. We didn't lack for anything.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean house nicely located to get to any destination on Mount Desert Island. Host made things convenient and easy for check-in. Any items we felt we needed were provided (dish soap, sponge, towels, tp, etc). I would certainly choose to stay again for any follow up trip to Maine.

A gem of a house that is conveniently located. The house is fully equipped and has modern appliances, comfortable furniture, and beds. No detail has been overlooked to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. We are already looking forward to our return in 2026.

Spacious, clean home with literally everything we needed! The furnishings have been updated from the pics on website. We mentioned to Janice that the back door lock didn't latch properly and she took care of it right away. Would stay here again!

The house was very clean and well kept. It was in a quiet location and was easy to get anywhere on the island. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay in in Janice's lovely cottage. It is even nicer than described. It also has a small private deck , of which don't believe is in the description. The cottage is very roomy and immediately feels like home .It's very convenient to Bar Harbor and most Acadia entrances. There is a great brewery that has tasty BBQ about one mile away. Also a cute market and a good pizza shop close by.I can't wait to come back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and spacious property. A lot of thought has gone into providing all of the things you need to make your stay convenient. I was especially happy with the variety and quality of the kitchen equipment. It made cooking easy. Note that our stay was 5 weeks, and we could have been happy to stay longer. The location is convenient, and there is a great pizza place very close by.

Janice's home is spacious, airy, and clean. The home is full of thoughtful touches that show Janice cares about her guests' experience. Highly recommended! We have already booked for next year,

This was our second time staying in Janice's house. It is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Janice is a great host. The location is perfect for getting to the Hulls Cove Visitor Center for hiking and Bar Harbor for shopping and dining. I hope we'll be able to return for a third visit!

It is a nice house and a good location for to access Bar Harbor. The house is an actually nicer and bigger than the description.
