Great place to stay. Pool & hot tub were great. Walking to main street was short and sweet.

The property is very close to town!! It was very nice to have three bedrooms with king beds for our party of women, we especially loved the fun wall paper in the bathrooms. And the pool was perfect to enjoy after a morning of shopping!

Beds were comfortable, showers were amazing (great hot water and can switch between ceiling or traditional spray height), kitchen had nice dishes and appreciated pods for Keurig, plenty of seating in kitchen and living room. Internet was fast and enjoyed the smart TV with every app we use preloaded. Dining room table was used for puzzles. Loved having a driveway to park the car in and entry to house was great for unloading and loading car. Cleanup was convenient with trash cans by the garage entrance. Property was close to Main Street action but not sure it's really walking distance. Our one disappointment was the pool. Advertised as heated and walked into property to find controller on kitchen counter with batteries next to it, battery cover popped off. Put in the batteries and it lit up but did not work. Pool was also dirty (mainly leaves), cleaning company arrived on our last full day there. Kids were excited when we showed pictures of the property, packing several swimsuits that weren't used. We didn't call because we had full days planned and didn't want to miss out waiting on a service. We were planning to use the hot tub in the evenings.

Our girl's trip to Fredericksburg was fabulous! The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing king beds, various gathering areas, kitchen, and the outside area with TV sitting area, pool and fire pit! Great location to walk to Main Street & 20-minute drive to Enchanted Rock. Would absolutely try here again! One thing to note: Although we followed the instructions, we were never able to get the hot tub up to temp to enjoy.

We loved this beautifully restored home. Great kitchen was perfect. We relaxed in the backyard, such an awesome lot. The location was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Awesome couples get-away. We will be back.

My group of 4 besties from childhood had the BEST time here! It has been lovely renovated and is a beautiful older/historic home. The living room and kitchen were great for hanging out and chatting. The pool was lovely. All the bathrooms and bedrooms were great. The house has great walkability, very close to a cute coffee place called Caliche. Great proximity to the shops and restaurants and quick drives to the vineyards. Highly recommend and I have high expectations for rentals :) my only suggestion is to bring your own pillow, but that is a personal choice- I love a memory foam pillow and these are quite fluffy.

The stay was wonderful! We had a slight toilet paper issue and it was solved immediately. I do wish there were more mirrors in the bedrooms since we were a group of girls going out. But we would definitely stay there again!

The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The deer sightings and fireflies were magical!!

Had a wonderful time enjoying this very comfortable home and fun pool area. Hope to come back!

My husband & I came to Fredericksburg to relax & check out the wineries & shopping. We had the best time staying in Majolica House. It is just right two to three couples with king beds & 2.5 baths. The backyard was a pleasant relaxing area with a hot tub & pool, fire pit, as well as a sitting area with fan. Planning on staying here again & again! Loved it!!!

The house and the town were absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to come back again.

The home is decorated beautifully and has a spacious layout. The house is very well maintained and fully equipped for your stay. When we arrived it was a cold 41 degrees outside, but only 59 degrees inside and the house smelled musty. Not quite the warm welcome we looked forward to after the 5 hour drive. We turned up the heat and went out to get some dinner in a warm restaurant. When we returned, the home was toasty. The floors are loud, I’m assuming on a pier and beam foundation. The pillows on the master bed were kind of like trying to sleep on a long balloon. Like there was trapped air? Never experienced that before! My husband was first to shower in the morning. When I got in there was a long hair on the shower wall that had been shaped like a heart. I asked him if he did that (since it happened to be Valentine’s Day) and he said no. As he answered I thought to myself where would he have gotten the hair, as he wears his very short. The curtains in the living and dining rooms didn’t work well, with those in the living room not fully closing. The description of a “private pool” may be deceiving to some. We have a 7’ privacy fence at our home, so an open fence just a few feet tall didn’t feel very private. True, it is on the property and not shared, but it lacks privacy. Overall, these things were minor, yet noticeable. We enjoyed our stay.

The pics don’t do this house justice. The added bonus of hotel style amenities such as coffee pods, in the shower shampoos, conditioner, and body gels, the stylish touches throughout the home. Etc etc etc! Highly recommend!

This house was GREAT! Great style, decor, amenities, layout. We enjoyed an evening around the firepit. And personally, I loved that the bedroom windows had screens so I could leave the windows open at night. VERY quiet neighborhood - even the dogs barking in the mornings were ok because it just got me up to enjoy having coffee outside. I will definitely come back - perhaps in warmer weather to enjoy the pool.

Well decorated and equipped 3 BR/2 BA home close to town. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub too!

Very relaxing house. Beds were great and large showers. Roomy kitchen dining and living room. Mornings with coffee on patio was superb.

Very clean & nice. Had everything that we needed. Loved the location, pool & hot tub. Would definetely stay there again.
