We traveled during the tropical storm recently but it was all good in spite of. The ocean was magnificent with its high waves and intense tides. Shopping and store access is a short distance away. Loved the remoteness. If your Looking for horse activity don’t bother with any horse tours as the horses were outside our place almost daily and even so close they were looking in windows, fun place, huge. Game/ pub room was a blast as well as the steam shower. Hot tubs were wonderful and clean. My only gripe was the pool guy , found him a bit haughty when we asked about the heat not working on our last day but the Host quickly remedied the problem . The pool was awesome on the days we used it , even at night , it was the last day where there was a problem. Elevator made taking luggage and food etc. in and out of the house so easy. I highly recommend Sunnybank.

The house has 2 hot tubs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and more.

Fantastic property, spacious, clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable, hassle free vacation!Hurricane Erin interrupted the start of our vacation but Oana kept us well informed regarding the status of the evacuation order and as soon as it was safe to travel she let us know.Our family of 7 adults, 3 kids under the age of 10 and one well-behaved dog had a wonderful, relaxing time, took turns in cooking using the very well-equipped kitchen and had a lot of fun playing board games and even completed a jigsaw puzzle! The highlight was seeing the wild horses behind the house early one morning and watching the three rocket launches from MD light up the sky!M

We had a large family and this property was perfect. We walked to the ocean everyday! The owners were amazing. So helpful with all of our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this house.

This place was perfect for our family. There were 14 of us total - 10 adults and 4 children. Everything we needed was right at the house so we didn’t need or spend much time elsewhere. The beach was beautiful and the wild horses are such an experience to see! Highly recommend

Property was great and proximity to the beach couldn't be better. Being visited by the wild horses was a real treat. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience 4x4 beach vacationing! The amenities were great for a large family stay, kitchen and theater room were awesome!

The property and house were spectacular. Very roomy and everything that you need. Got to see dolphins and the wild horses.

Our stay was everything it should have been and more. The host was very thoughtful and sent us detailed instructions with useful tips and local information. Both houses are fully equipped with everything you might need or possibly want from dog bowls to beach passes. I really can’t say enough about how cool this property is. There were so many things to do on site including but not limited to hot tubs, a theater, a large game room with everything from pool to Pac-Man, exercise equipment, games, a giant outdoor chess board, and plenty of decks to hang out on - there was even a pair of binoculars for us to use. The dogs and kids loved having the beach so accessible - a two minute walk, if that! The main house is like a giant maze full of bedrooms and bathrooms, each with their own unique style. The kitchen had excellent appliances which made it very enjoyable to cook as a family - we actually never ended up eating out and instead, sourced local seafood which we steamed in the commercial steamer provided. We watched the sunset every night while the wild horses ate grass in the backyard. Both houses are very well maintained. Everything was clean and in working order. There were so many extra touches that you normally do not find in rental properties these days. Our stay was completely stress free. The host definitely takes pride in this property and goes the extra mile to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable from the minute they arrive. We will definitely be back!

this place is epic. it is more of a compound as it is HUGE which is awesome. great pool, great location, and the host was very easy to communicate with and work with. we will be back here.

We stayed at this property for the 4th of July holiday with 4 young children. Owner has LOTS of broken items, including vacuum, washer and dryer, patio furniture, smoke detectors, no hot water, poor water pressure, etc. We could NOT wash our clothing or towels!! Owner promised a credit of $1000 but then filed fraudulent insurance claim for $950 to offset the credit that was promised. Owner stated that a credit would be given if insurance claim is approved.
