Stayed Jun 29, 2020Big open rooms. Lots of palm coverage over the pool keeps it from being too warm. Off street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Just want to add that once again Lastkey went above and beyond in helping us solve various issues that came up during our stay, including printing out personal documents that we found we needed while down there, providing immediate help when we needed it on Christmas Eve with an appliance that needed checking out, etc. Our vacation wouldn't have been half as easy or as fun if we hadn't had Clyde in our corner. Thank you, Last Key.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We've just returned from our December stay in this wonderful, wonderful home. This was our second year here, and we've already reserved it for next December as well. You can read my review from December 2013 since our experience was equally good both years. We LOVE this home for its warmth, its charm, its flexability, its location, its neighborhood. We biked everywhere in Old Town -- bike lanes on Fleming and Southard made it very safe. The house has three bedrooms and an additional sleeper sofa tho we've never used that. (We have used the back bathroom upstairs as a pack and play bedroom for a two year old; he loves it there.) The kitchen is beautifully equipped so we cooked many meals, including Christmas dinner, in it. The pool and hottub kept everyone happy when our children were with us. My husband and I particularly loved the takeout sandwiches from Paseo's -- delicious flavors. We bring an extra floor lamp and a cover for the beautiful dining room table to protect it from small fingers but otherwise don't change a thing. We're so happy the owners are willing to share this wonderful home with our family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is the third year in a row that we have been coming down to Key West and this is the third different house is as many years. We have learned through trial and error what makes a house work for us so that we can get the most enjoyment from our stay. The house at 510 Frances did an awesome job of fitting all our needs, wants and desires and really made our stay! First is the location which is excellent! It's on a nice and quite street lined with other beautiful homes and is an easy walk to some of our favorite places like Help Yourself cafe/market and The Cafe, an excellent healthy-based, mainly vegetarian restaurant. The house is also an easy walk to the water being only a few blocks from the marinas and an easy walk to the shops. It's slightly bit of a longer walk down to Duval but we're still only talking like maybe five or six blocks. And there are a number of wonderful restaurants on the way down that you must try as all are delicious! Now for the house. We really like a house that offers three or four bedrooms where each bedroom has its own bathroom, we like one bedroom to be on the main level, we like room enough to spread out inside and outside the house, we like a good amount of natural light, we require off-street gated parking for one vehicle and we must have either a pool or a spa but really would like to have both. This house has it all! We loved the nice large and well-appointed kitchen, loved having a living room, family room and separate office space and really loved how private the outdoor space was! All the beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom was quite amazing. The house has that authentic Key West charm, is tastefully decorated and the owners also did an excellent job with all the lighting both inside and out. It was a pure joy to slip into that Jacuzzi every night and am thinking about that right now as I type this! The pool was nice too but my one negative would be the pool was a little on the small side. The house also has tons of windows throughout so really feels quite tropical, even from the inside. Basically this house offered us the entire package. 510 Frances is just one of those homes that makes you feel comfortable and cozy, offers some nice amenities and we would highly recommend this house to anyone who might be considering it. 5-Stars and loved it!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We’ve rented four places in the keys for Christmas vacation and each one has been better than the last. This time we think we've found our ideal spot for the month of December. It's an absolutely beautiful, charming home in what we consider the perfect location. The photos tell the truth: it has comfortable bedrooms; beautiful furnishings throughout, a kitchen you can REALLY cook in, a patio and spa, a swimming pool that our granddaughter learned to swim in, porches upstairs and down and a parking space for one car. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We biked all over the island--it's a quick walk to the bakery, the waterfront, the library, a hardware store and there are three good restaurants within a block. We liked it so much we are coming back next Christmas.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family of five stayed here during June, 2013. We could not have chosen a more perfect house or a better location! Within walking distance to everything we needed - restaurants, shopping, the marina. We had plenty of room for everyone including a home office that was ideal for catching up on work. The home is beautifully decorated and landscaped with lush tropical vegetation. We felt as though we were in the caribbean! The pool and hot tub area is a private oasis and was extremely refreshing after a full day out on our boat. We also enjoyed many evenings on the front porch. Shel, our Guest Services Manager, was spot on in suggesting restaurants and activities to enjoy during our stay. Every detail was taken care of and the home exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return!
