Cocoonr offers you a magnificent residence with uninterrupted sea views for rent in the heart of Arzon (Port Navalo).
Situated by the sea, this exceptional property offers an idyllic setting for an unforgettable stay.

With a generous surface area of 220 m², the house can accommodate up to 12 travellers in optimum comfort. You'll also benefit from a high-speed wifi connection (fibre optics), ideal for combining relaxation and teleworking if required.

Spacious, bright andfacing the ocean, this home will appeal to lovers of wide open spaces and seascapes.

It comprises an attractive 60 m² living room with fitted kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows
- A lounge with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90x190cm

- On level -1 you'll find a space overlooking the sea, ideal for an impromptu sports, stretching or yoga session.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Port Navalo in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are just 5 minutes' walk away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, cinema and access to the beaches...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

Important information about access and parking
To ensure a trouble-free stay, please note the following:

Access to the accommodation (Friday market)
The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the weekly market.
As a result, access by car is not possible every Friday morning until 1pm, either to enter or leave the accommodation.

Friday arrivals are not affected (check-in from 5pm).
However, for departures on Friday mornings (before 10am), we strongly recommend that you take your vehicle out the evening before, to avoid any inconvenience caused by the closure of the access points.

Parking in the courtyard
A parking space is available in the courtyard.

Independent arrival possible at the manager's discretion:
Access to the accommodation is possible from 5pm. Keys can be collected from a secure Keycafe locker located at the back of the Cocoonr Presqu'île de Rhuys agency, around 25 minutes from the accommodation.
