We booked this reservation for August2, 2024 and the host went ahead and changed it without our knowledge for August 2, 2023z one year earlier than when we reserved for. Forcing us to pay in full and to use a residence. We supposed to be traveling from the USA. How possible is that to take a 2024 vacation in 2023 with. 73 hours notice and without consulting us? This host is not very honest and is not fair to clients. It seem they just want your money at all cost. Not caring about customers.
