Our birthday celebration was extra special due our welcoming hosts. They added special touches to get our celebration off to a great start (decorations, notes, and responding to questions.

We loved everything about this place. It is spacious, clean and well appointed. Michael and Erica were prompt in their communication and accommodating to special requests. Can’t recommend this spot enough, we didn’t want to leave!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is large with a very nice master bathroom including his and her walk in closets. There was a second smaller master bedroom with it's own bath and three other bedrooms shared a bathroom. The beds were very comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, coffee cups, plates, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, garbage bags, etc. The the hosts provided some coffee and some snacks. The location has plenty of street parking and about a 10 minute walk to Frenchman street. A nice wine shop is walking distance too as well as a couple of restaurants and bars.The host quickly responded to any questions and were hospitable, allowing us to keep luggage there after checkout if we needed.The only slight complaint is the train that comes through at times during the night. Although, that's a problem of all the houses to stay east of Frenchman street. And, the hosts were thoughtful enough to leave foam earplugs.Overall, I was very happy with the stay and would recommend it.

This VRBO made my best friend’s bachelorette party! This home is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures! Michael and Erika were extremely accommodating and responsive. Truly the perfect VRBO hosts. Great location as well, we loved the coffee shop down the street. Very walkable. Highly recommend staying here, especially with a larger group! Thank you for everything, Michael and Erika!

I travel a lot- this was my fifth time at Mardi Gras and I have to say this is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in!!!! The hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. House is super spacious with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. To top it all off the location is unbeatable!!! Very central and walkable to all the best party spots, bars and restaurants. Stay here, and you’ll be so glad you did!!

We vacationed here with our adult kids and it was the perfect place to hang out and spend time together when we weren't exploring the city. This condo was every bit as spacious and nice as it looks in the pictures. The dining table seats 8 and there was plenty of seating in both living spaces, along with a ping pong table. Everything was ready when we arrived and the host responded to questions quickly.

Stayed during JazzFest. Loved the place, the hosts, and the neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again

The place was fantastic…..really spacious. Great location. Short walk to Frenchman St. The hosts were outstanding and extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

The place was very nice and clean. One note that everyone in the group mentioned when we arrived, which was that the stay was much bigger, brighter, and nicer than what the photos posted showed. We were pleasantly surprised when arriving and we had a great stay. Additionally, the spent a good amount of time in the outside area as it was cooler than usual the weekend that we stayed. The host was very accommodating and the area was very nice only being a quick 5 minute walk to coffee/breakfast. Frenchman street is also a walkable distance.

Wonderful stay, great amenities, thoughtful touches for a birthday weekend. Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully return!

A Ten-Star StayThe house, the furnishings, and the location were all great and even better than advertised. The caring snd communication with Michael and Erika made us feel like we were staying with family. The location felt very safe. Family members ran every morning and many walked to and from the French Quarter.

We loved Michael and Erika’s place! Perfect place to say for our NOLA trip to see Taylor Switft! Very clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. We loved the living spaces and patio! Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend this property! We were able to walk to a lot of places within 20-30 minutes. Overall great place to stay!
