Mainsail Cozy Beach Home! Stunning Views of the Gulf! Elevator

The place was great. Just as described. Great place for our large crew. Everyone was able to spreadout but all still together. Very homey feeling. We have stayed many places and by far this one is at the top of our favorites. Didn't feel staged, very homey. Kids loved all the extra things in the closet for the beach. As parents we appreciated it, even though we took our own things but it was great to change it up for the kids. For sure recommend for others!!

We have no complaints 1s t day we had a minor elevator issue and maintenance was there in less than an hout to make sure was taken care of the maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful as well as t he rental manager.we will be back agian!!!

This was the perfect home for our big family. We even had room to spare. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of towels lots of beach toys and chairs, puzzles and games. Two refrigerators! We hope to book it again. Also it’s the perfect place on the island if you’re ok with walking across the street to the beach. It has beach access right across.

The location was wonderful and right across the street to public access. The beach was never overly crowded and the outdoor shower was so helpful. The rooms were good sized and even were pretty sound proof. The elevator was so wonderful for our older family members who struggle with stairs. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals for the group. The second fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The beach towels and chairs were very helpful and in good shape. We would absolutely love to come spend our next spring break at Mainsail!

Great place! We will definitely go again! There was plenty of room and being right across from the beach access was perfect! Being able to see the ocean and the sound, particularly at sunset was an added bonus. Plenty of towels and toys and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and we cooked every night! Everyone agreed it was perfect!

Had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for my family and the elevator was a major plus for my elderly parents! Beautiful location and home. Highly recommend.
