This updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a bright, open-concept layout that is perfect for families, remote work, or a relaxing vacation. Every detail hasbeen thoughtfully curated for your comfort.

* **Living Area:** Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a cozy `Fire & Ice` LED fireplace, a 50” Smart TV, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. Custom privacy blinds ensure a peaceful atmosphere day or night.

* **Kitchen & Dining:** The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is a chef`s dream, featuring a large quartz island, a gas stove, and all new appliances (2021). The adjacent dining area provides seating for seven.

* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** Enjoy restful nights on organic mattresses with fine linens. All bedrooms include Smart TVs and blackout blinds for privacy and comfort.
* **Primary Suite:** Features a King bed, a dedicated workspace, a lounge chair, and a luxury en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a frameless shower.
* **Second Bedroom:** Offers a Queen bed, a rocking chair, and a dresser.
* **Third Bedroom:** Contains a Full bed and a dresser.

* **Family-Friendly Amenities:** We welcome families and provide a high chair, a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, children`s dinnerware, and a selection of children`s books, toys, and board games for your convenience.

* **Outdoor Oasis:** Step out onto the expansive deck, illuminated by charming string lights. It’s the perfect spot to dine or relax while overlooking the lush, landscaped garden. You`ll also have access to a shared hammock and gas grill.
Out of respect to our future guests enjoyment, we ask all guests and visitors to read and agree to these rules before we will approve the reservation.

No unregistered guests or visitors allowed; please send invite from your registration to your guests and have their names. No more than 7 guests or visitors on the property at any time. All unregistered visitors or guests on property or in excess of 5 guests or visitors, will be $45 per person per night

Quiet times: 10pm - 8am
No Smoking or drugs on the property
Do not block driveway; it is shared with guest house in rear; towing & storage fees will be guests responsibility

Make sure to turn off the lights & fireplace when you leave the house. Close & lock the windows and lock the door (press the Yale logo on Keypad).
Remove items in refrigerator and take garbage and recycle to trash carts.
No grease or coffee grinds in disposal; run disposal with cold water to ensure no food is in the disposal.
Let us know if there is any damage or breakage as soon as possible but no later than checkout
Place decorative pillows in baskets provided
Parking for 2 cars off street, additional cars must be approved prior to arrival
Return thermostat to original settings when not in property and vacating

Additional cleaning (excessive mess) - $150.00 per hour
Any significant damage, including smoking in the house, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and fees and costs to remediate.

No glitter, incense or confetti. No tape on the walls.
Outdoor security cameras are installed. Smoke and Noise Monitor inside home. No disabling or tampering with outdoor cameras or monitor, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and fees and security deposit at a minimum.
Not to be used for commercial purposes including professional photos or video shoots
No Air Mattresses
This is a residential property; it is vital that the space and all common areas are respected to the highest degree. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant forfeit of your entire reservation without refund.
PETS: Pets are not allowed on property; $1000 pet fee
MAIL DELIVERY: Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It`s recommended to obtain a local PO Box if you need access to mail during your stay
TIMELY CHECKOUTS: Unapproved late checkouts will incur a fee of $100 per hour. Our turnover team is on a pretty tight schedule, and unfortunately we can’t accommodate checkouts past 10am
SMOKING: Not allowed in or around property (this also includes hookah). Minimum $895 fee
TOWELS + LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels (normal wear & tear is expected). Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.
LOCAL GUESTS: Please send inquiry before booking a reservation explaining the purpose of the visit

Any violation of the house rules can lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund, you my incur fees and forfeiture of your booking fees.

If you want to book for longer than 29 days we require an approved rental application and lease agreement.
