Stayed Oct 17, 2025Sunshine Social was perfect for our stay in Braydenton for a destination wedding. That said we misunderstood the VRBO ad thinking there were 4 full baths. Not so. There were 2 full baths and 2 half baths. We made it work but rushed for the wedding. Loved the amenities, the cleanliness of the property and the responsiveness of the host and the closeness to Anna Maria Island. Would definitely stay here again. Christine from Massachusetts

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Everything was perfect during our stay here. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we have nothing but positive things to say. We enjoyed every space the house had to offer, and the bikes were a huge plus! I definitely recommend this house to anyone who doesn’t mind a 10–12 minute drive to the beach.

House had everything we could possibly need, lots of fun activities / games in the garage, backyard pool was perfect. Host was very responsive for anything we needed or questions we had! 10/10 recommend and we all agreed we would stay here over again.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025We were in town for a funeral and were lucky to find this place. It was a great house to allow family to be able to come together and spend time together, but also to have some time to yourself. 10/10 would stay there again if in the area.
