A large group of us Peace Corps workers stayed there for a weekend and LOVED it. It is perfect for a large group. The communication was great and the staff is very nice. The local contact, Vaughn, could not have been more helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back!

Be aware that the Main House is set up like a hostel. Luckily there were 4 of us so we did get the entire house. Things to know: the kitchen and living area are not connected to the bedrooms and bathrooms so there are separate entrance doors. Each bedroom has a skeleton key but no key for the main door to lock on that structure. Also the kitchen is shared with employees-they have a fridge next to the one you use in the dining room area. We were told there wasn’t a key available for the kitchen building but we eventually did get one. The shower heads leaked so they were shooting water over the shower curtain and made puddles in bathe bathrooms. Our shower head fell off completely. The fans were not adequate to cool the rooms IMO and it was hard to sleep with the outdoor solar light directly in my eyes, and the mattress needs to be replaced on the twin bed I slept on. The staff was nice but I did feel the owner seemed indifferent when I told her if the shower head issue. We booked for two nights but stayed only one. I the beach is not so easy to access unless you are willing to lift up the chain link fence with barbed wire. Otherwise you will walk a bit along the road to enter the public opening. Overall it wasn’t what we were expecting because the photos didn’t show the house set up just the rooms.

Directions to the home we’re accurate and Check in was easy. There was lots of space for our family group of 10 people. I was a bit surprised to learn the kitchen was being shared with those staying in the other 2 houses on the property but it did not pose any issues. Each of our bedrooms has their own keys so we felt safe. Each bedroom had had fans to help sleep in the heat. This is the driest parish on the island so the water pressure is very poor. Not enough to wash my hair but we were able to sponge bath. We had to find access to get to the beach and had an amazing time swimming. Jack Sprat has great food with variety for everyone and beach access.

I would recommend this villa to everyone, the area is nice and quiet, transportation is just outside the gate, there's place to park if you rent a vehicle. You can cook your own food or buy from close by restaurants. There is no hot water, but the water gets warm around midday. There's no TV, in the day no problem, but I missed the TV at night.I enjoy my stay, I really love this place, you will not want to leave when you visit.
