No Pets Allowed. Gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom estate on the Southern end of Park Hill, known as “Seaclift Estates. Just a short walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Bluff Trails, the tide pools, and Shamel Park.

This beautifully appointed, open and spacious home, is very warm and inviting. It’s designed to be enjoyed as a group, perhaps a family gathering, to prepare delicious meals together, and to relax while listening to the waves crash a few yards away. The great room is elegantly furnished, with the focal point being the fireplace and seating area. The large dining room table is close by and the kitchen meanders around the corner for plenty of meal preparation. There is an entertainment room off the kitchen, where you’ll find a flat screen TV, DVD player, and plenty of seating. The sofa pulls out as a sleeper, and another full bath is just outside of that room. There is a lovely back deck, with the Ranch as your back yard. Watch the moon rise over the hill, and the deer graze, right behind the house. Outdoor dining table and chairs are perfect for a BBQ . The kitchen breakfast table is just behind a glass door, with a spectacular view. There is a small, beautifully landscaped beck yard, just down a few stairs.

The master suite is upstairs on the main level, with a queen bed, fireplace, and luxurious bathtub. Truly a lovely room to retreat to, with old world style, faux-finished walls, like a Tuscan villa.

There are two more comfortable bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. In the hall there is a full bath, and a separate laundry room.

There is a front deck off the living room, with seating to watch the sunset each night, and smell our fresh ocean air.
