The Hot water directions are not accurate . All you need to do is switch the water on from the consul in either the kitchen or the bathroom and select the temperature.we were trying in following the directions on the emailAnd that doesn’t relate. The house itself was awesome and well appointed.outside needs a cleanupBBQ table chairs need a good ckean and the grass and edges need doing. . But I would stay there again it was . It was perfect if I was there. Longer I would have cleaned the windows

Photos of exterior very outdated, was dirty and overgrown. Spent 2 hours on arrival removing cobwebs and bird excrement from outdoor setting so we could use it and hose wasn’t working to do this. Gas bottle was out of date and rusted, which agent replaced but bbq was in a terrible state with only one burner working and also rusted. Agent provided a mat to use.on bbq. Inside the house the dishwasher rack was broken, pans old and crusty and everything was grimy. Soap suds and mold in the shower for example. Good to have chrome cast and internet though. The place just needs a really really good deep clean, inside and out , and updating of cookware and dishes at a minimum. For the money we paid ( even with one night free to compensate for the inconvenience of the gas bottle) I was left feeling very let down. It was meant to be a special family holiday with my elderly MIL visiting from overseas and I was embarrassed.quite frankly.

Nice little house and well appointed. Lots of things like beach chairs, play equipment. 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen and internet is great addition. Didn't realise how far it is from inverloch and daughter was there so we did a lot of driving.

Really nice, compact and organised property, in a lovely location. Dishwasher, coffee machine and gas cooking made it even better! The cleanliness was not great (wardrobes and drawers) and found the vacuum cleaner was completely blocked. Simple issues for the managing agents to sort out. Lots of beach walking close by and there is even a playground at the Fishermans Jetty.

There were some stuff missing such as dish washing detergents, firewood and shortage of garbage bags. However, it was a good experience overall.

Great service when we rang and advised gas heater wasn't working they promptly brought over a heater. Would love to come again in the summer. Nice and quiet area. Highly recommend.

Such a great house, with absolutely everything you need in a quieter part of VB, but walking distance to the fishing jetty and the beach. Really enjoyed our stay, and would come back again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!
