Magicway Villas + Tiki House + Spa + Walk To Disney & Convention

Everyone was very welcoming and responsive but there were some issues with appliances. The dishwasher kept getting an error, the kitchen sink dripped and the refrigerator also leaked. The front entry lock was hard to use- needs to be replaced. But everything was clean and comfortable and the location was great!

Will stay here again!!

This house is situated on a busy boulevard with at least a mile walk to Disney, probably more. The property manager needs to spend some time at this property taking care of some deferred maintenance. The beds need to be replaced and updated. The bed in one room was unbearable, one of our group chose to sleep on the couch. The dishwasher needs attention. The smart locks on both the garage and front door are old and tempermental. There was a layer of thick dust on the bathroom light fixtures, which makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the house.We were grateful to have access to a washing machine and dryer. And check out was super easy, just take out the trash. The decor is cute not over done. The house needs more than just the cleaning crew. I'm sorry to write such a sad review, but it is honest.

Clean rooms, quiet location close to the parks.

My sorority sisters and I had a wonderful 5-day /4 night stay at the Tiki House! The home was welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable conference and girls’ getaway. The location was perfect — just minutes from Disneyland and close to the convention center, which made our trip super convenient. We especially loved the fun, tropical vibe throughout the house. Thank you for helping make our sisterhood trip memorable!

Great location. House size and decor was perfect for kiddos great home over all. Only issues was beds. Extremely loud and squeaks master one guest. This will probably keep me from returning. Not sure I can re rent which is disappointing an issue has been a problem for sometime.(seen on reviews) Bed comfort is important for comfort of stay. Other then beds needs newer dishwasher and a few other little things. But would still recommend it for others. Over all great cute house for as old as it is. Had character thanks Rick and Nancy. Enjoyed our stay. Great home great location.

Perfect spot for a family Disneyland trip. The house was comfortable. The beds need some updating. The king size bed squeeks quiite loudly anytime you move and kept other people awake.

Overall, this was a nice stay. The property was clean, close to Disney, and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was also well equipped with toddler plates and cutlery, and other kitchen equipment. We stayed with two infants, and people up to 75 in age. The listing was very accurate, and we found the home to work well for our needs.I do have to dock a star, because of our arrival. We confirmed in writing three times, including the day prior, that two toddler bed setups would be necessary. When we pulled up to the house after a 12 hour travel day ready to put our exhausted kids to bed, there was only a crib, no pack and play, and only one high chair. We got in touch with the property manager who mentioned that they had some illness in the office (so people were covering) and they were able to get a second bed to us 50 minutes later, so they were extremely responsive. However, it was a rough start to the trip that involved a lot of preventable toddler tears. For future travelers: there is a coffee maker but no filters, and a pod maker but no pods. So come prepped with those items!

Property is very close to Disneyland and by Uber, 10” ride.Very comfortable house but beds and couches are very hard. They could do with a foam topper.

Everything about this place worked well. Location is great for walking to Disney!

Very nice! Very close to the park

Very nice updated house with large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1-king, 2-queens & kids room with bunk bed, trundle and crib. TV’s in everyroom using Roku. I don’t use Roku, but could sign into Netflix, Disney+, but when I tried to cast my Xfinity, the sound echo’d. Not sure if it was the tv or my app. Easily can sleep 8 adults without using the top bunk. Decorated with Disney characters. Highlight was light up Mickey wall poster. Didn’t use the spa. Backyard has two patio tables and a bbq. Washer/dryer is outside, typical in S.Cal. Walk to Downtown Disney is about 20 minutes, so suggest driving to the lot and paying $10, have dinner and validate ticket for extra 5 hrs at Downtown Disney. Street was kind of noisy when loud cars drove by, but mainly very quiet at night, except for the Disney fireworks, which can be seen in the front yard. Some restrictions on parking, but there is a two car garage (no entry to house) and a two car driveway.

Its a roomy place with a fun feel. We enjoyed having it be our temporary home while we were away.

This is a nice place the upgrades make this house look nice and new. Plenty of hot water and ability to cook and stay in. The issue we all found was Comfort beds are hard and make a lot of noise. Should in the house carries so whe. Getting. In and out of bed woke up everyone as mattress is squeaky and on basic springs in the room I stayed in. All rooms were like this but mine was by far the loudest of them all. We had to move one kid to the couch as the bunk beds would rock and move on every turn waking up whomever is above or below. Honestly saggy may have been an issue there. Hot tub is nice to have as well but the top was broken and very dirty. They want you to pay extra for heating as well this should have just been included in the cost and for sure not charged when the spa had mold and algae all over. We cleaned it ourselves just so kids could get in without it heated one day so they would leave us alone about it. We did not go for Disney and we’re in town for a family member that passed so I am sure if you are there to hit the park and be gone all day and just looking for a spot to lay your head this is a good one. Some upgrading on the beds and this place would be 5 stars.

For the most part the house was comfortable and served the purpose. It was a bit worn around the edges and could use a good going over. The AC doesn’t cool that well and the windows don’t open so the house was warm and stuffy. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked well. Would not get in the hot tub as it was not clean. Several of the beds had mattresses that needed replaced. The walk to Disney is .8 mi and easy in the morning. Easy to take an Uber back after walking all day.
