Stayed Sep 18, 2022We have just returned from a lovely week spent in Lucia's property in Sperlonga. Being on the opposite side of the old town to the main strip, it provided just what we were looking for - peace and quiet to relax and less than 5 minutes from the beach. The property was ideal for a couple and the large outside space was a bonus.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our holiday in Sperlonga was pleasant. The apartment's location was excellent close to the beach and the beautiful historic center. In particular, we appreciated the quiet child friendly environment, own small yard and the possibility to do laundry. The trains were relatively easy and inexpensive to travel and we visited several times in Rome and Napoli.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969That was a great week in Sperlonga. A really VERY nice, very clean and cozy house. Nice garden. Everything is new and comfortable. Location is perfect! 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Old City, restaurants, shops etc. Cheap parking next to the apartment (20 meter). The beach is perfect for families with children. I would recommend this apartment for everyone. Thank you Lucia and hope to stay in your house again :)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The stay in this apartment was very pleasant. It has a perfect location, very near the beach (the south beach, that is the best) and to the old town. It's about two minutes walk to the beach or the old town.
