Magical Retreat! Contemporary and Cozy Park Hill!

This was our second chance to stay at this magical retreat. It is obvious that the owners love and appreciate their home and want to extend their guests hospitality and comfort. Their attention to detail is matched only by the location and charm of their home. Can’t wait to stay here again. There is so much room for our family of 5 and everything is fresh and well appointed. Stay here if you can.

This house was beautiful! A view to the ocean, a great conversation, living room area, a well appointed kitchen, a dining table that would seat 6- 8 easily and very comfortable beds. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

We love staying here for the quiet, beautiful views and close beach access. The home is lovely with a fabulous kitchen, great linens and wonderful welcoming flowers and wine. Always super clean and pet friendly. The hosts Terry and Dave are great and easily available by text or phone.

Every year our family enjoys a leisurely road trip up the coast, staying at Terry and Dave’s each time. As usual, this year’s trip was extraordinary and revitalizing! “Magical” is a perfect word for it! The house is clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The neighborhood is so peaceful and relaxing. Nothing beats watching the sunset from your own balcony. We’re so thankful for this yearly tradition and can’t wait for our return next year!

Terry and Dave's Cambria house was wonderful for our family stay (me, wife, and son and daughter in their early 20's). Nice location with water views. Had everything we needed. Accomodations were very comfortable as was owner communication. Enjoyed a local hike, good food nearby and checking the oceanfront during some downtime. Would highly recommend. We can't wait to come back!

Great location, comfortable house, lots of space!

Beautiful property. Comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children. Well stocked kitchen with everything labeled so we knew where to put kitchen items after using them. Just a short walk to Fiscolini trails and Moonstone Beach. We love the property and location and plan to book another week for next summer. Owner friendly and easy to talk to.

This place is very well appointed with a lot of nice attention to detail. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful with our questions beforehand and kindly touched bases once during our stay to make sure all was well.Was lovely and comfortable to stay here so close to the beach and with a fantastic view!

What a fabulous get away! The home was clean, comfortable and with lovely views.Although there were enough rooms for more people, we only needed the upstairs bedroom but appreciate the space and dog friendly back yard. Our golden retriever got a break from the heat too! We will definitely stay again. Cambria is our go to place.

This was our 3rd straight summer in Cambria and the first at Terry and Dave‘s Beach House. This house was perfect for our family of six and 2 dogs. The home is impeccably decorated, appointed with everything we needed for our five night stay and comfortable in every way. We are already planning our next summer trip to this amazing house! The property is spacious, nicely decorated and furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the ability to sit comfortably around a dining table or on the sofas to chat and hang out. We also liked that it's centrally located, minutes from beaches, trails and Cambria town center.

This is one of the very nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed in. It is kept beautifully, clean, well stocked, and fresh flowers on arrival. The cozy mornings by the fireplace. Sun on your face in the afternoon on the deck. The amazing park on the bluff just steps away. So much to love. That is why we keep coming back. Thanks the wonderful hosts for making us feel so welcome.

Gorgeous property we had the best time! Spacious, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and comfortable. Ocean views from every room on the 2nd floor including from the enormous soaking tub. Kitchen well stocked with anything you can possibly need. Host was very kind and responsive. Two houses from the ocean & a very short walk to fiscalini reserve. Great small grassy yard if you are traveling with pets. We can't wait to visit again!! 10/10

This is a home away from home. Not only is the location great and the house spacious, it is well appointed and the hosts have seen to every necessity. It is obvious they take great pride in their home, because it is spotless and every room is decorated and ready to go. It is super close to the West Village and Moonstone Beach. Plus, there are beautiful bluffs just steps from the home. The hosts checked in with us and appreciated feedback. They are kind and attentive but not over the top. You should definitely stay here. The master is on the top floor and feels miles away from the other 3 rooms making this a great stay for friends or extended family but might be difficult if you have tiny kids. We will definitely be back.

This home is the ultimate vacation stay! The furniture and beds were all very comfy; and the furnishings were lovely. The location was amazing - easy walking access to the beautiful coastline and gorgeous views along the way! It was a short drive to see the elephant seals or the sea otters. The host was very helpful with questions prior to our renting it, as well.

The location was wonderful! We walked to the Fiscalini trail and to Moonstone Beach. The house was beautiful and perfect for our girl’s trip. We cooked dinner in one night and went out to eat the other. It was a lovely weekend!

We had an amazing Friends Trip at Terry's house. The location is wonderful - steps to the water, close to everything you need in Cambria, and centrally located to things to do (i.e., Hearst Castle, wine tours, etc.). The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Terry is a great host and communicated with us ahead and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I believe this is our 6th time staying here and every time it’s like walking into your own home. It’s very inviting and comfortable. Terri is an amazing host and is always available for questions. Can’t wait to go back!

A lovely kitchen (we love to cook), tmany amenities, very comfortable beds, there are stairs, but that wasn't an issue for my group The cliffs were very close, we walked there for sunrises and sunsets, just a little ways away you can go down to the beach. THis was a wonderful retreat for our group, truly magical.

We stayed at this home during the Christmas holiday and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly located. Its proximity to the ocean and the ranch walk made our stay even more special. This is, without a doubt, one of the best homes in Cambria, and we would happily stay here again. Truly amazing!

I took my office team to Cambria for our annual planning conference. We found this VRBO and fell it love with what it looked like on-line as well as its ability to accommodate all four of us in separate room. It was all and more. A cozy fireplace and wonderful large rooms. A perfect sized table for our meeting. A front room that was inviting and perfect for two great movie nights with lots of channels. Well and then of course a view of the ocean and close to the shops and good restaurants. Terry our host was so easy to work with and you can tell takes much pride in her beautiful home. Thank you so much for making our stay all that and more!!!

This home has pride of ownership! It was warm and inviting. Beautifully decorated. Peaks of the ocean from various rooms. The bedding was lovely. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms were great. A quick walk across the street and you were standing in front of the beautiful ocean.

My friends and I had a great stay here. The home is beautiful and has pretty much anything you could need. Very clean and well maintained home, you can tell the owners really love it. We did some hiking, spent some time in town, hit the farmers market almost all sans car. The water is right there too and we enjoyed the sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our 3 nights at this magnificent, beautifully furnished house just steps from the beach. Hearing the ocean at night was a huge treat. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen amazingly well-stocked, and the furnishings tasteful. The hosts were great communicators and answered all questions immediately. The check in process was easy. All instructions were clear. We highly recommend this wonderful house with its super helpful hosts.

We loved our family stay at this home. It has plenty of room with privacy areas and family gathering space, and is a very comfortable home …..very nice new kitchen, and the main bedroom has an enormous bathroom. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. We absolutely recommend staying at this home if you’re looking for space for a family or 2 or 3 couples to enjoy the coastal area.
