1 Kitchen: 6 burners, 2 refrigerators, 2 sinks, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 ice maker; 1 coffee machine, table and chairs;
1 living room (about 45 m2): with large window, 2 sofas, 30-seater table and 2 bathrooms serving the living room with 2 sinks and 2 toilets, air conditioning, the cost of which is charged separately.
External area: porch with access to the rooms, porch with table and chairs, barbecue, pizza oven, 1 washing machine, 1 refrigerator;

In the event that you have more than 18 guests and you need additional bedrooms, other spaces, various needs, greater privacy or to stay more comfortably, we have the possibility of making an additional home available to you (always within the property), it is the ancient house called Villa Giovanna, arranged on 3 surfaces (Ground Floor, 1st Floor and 2nd attic floor).

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY
The property is called Campaccio, it is an elegant residence in the center of the Itria Valley between Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica composed of 3 residential units all within the same property: (Trulli Campaccio, Mansarda Campaccio, Villa Giovanna) with 2 hectares of olive groves and orchards on the enchanted valleys of the Apulian land.
Your heart will be filled with emotions, colors and scents as soon as you cross the large white gate.
A complex of stone trulli welcomes you, recovered following the ancient techniques of the trull masters.
Trulli Campaccio the main residence consists of an area where the kitchen and living room have been created, and a second part where 4 delightful and large bedrooms have been created, all with private bathroom and air conditioning.
The living area can be accessed through three entrances. Kitchen area, habitable, comfortable consisting of a kitchen with equipped island, two refrigerators/freezers, ice maker, electric oven and microwave oven. Equipped with all furnishings (trays, pans, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, tea towels, jugs, cups, cups and more). In the center of the room there is a table for snacks or snacks. From the kitchen, passing through a lovely fireplace corner with armchairs and a window, where you can wait for lunch to be served, you enter what is the beating heart of this ancient and elegant residence. We arrived in the large, spacious, bright, comfortable, welcoming living room. Your gaze will immediately be captured by a wall transformed into a window where, like an austere and unattainable lady from times gone by, a centuries-old olive tree makes a beautiful display. In front of the window 2 comfortable and comfortable sofas ready to welcome you to enjoy a good coffee after having lunch in the area dedicated to lunch or dinner. Here there are two ancient tables, around which 22-30 people can sit comfortably to enjoy the typical dishes of Apulian cuisine between the cool stone walls and the light that floods this large hall.
This living area is also equipped with a large bathroom (with 2 sinks and 2 toilets) and the entire home is furnished with high-quality Italian artisan furniture as well as antique pieces.
Adjacent to the living area, passing through a stone porch, four ancient wooden doors open onto the bedrooms. Wrought iron beds, some with canopies, 19th century wardrobes, Empire style or early 20th century chests of drawers are the precious furnishings of these important bedrooms, all with private bathrooms with toilet and shower. In all bedrooms there are windows with mosquito nets.
On the upper floor with access from a stone staircase, a beautiful and elegant Attic Campaccio has been created, entirely slatted in wood, consisting of an entrance hall, living area, access from a door to two communicating bedrooms divided by a door, and 1 bathroom with shower/small tub.
In the external part of the main structure there is a large area with tables and chairs where you can dine outdoors under porches and gazebos and a corner with deckchairs.
Continuing along a path dotted with scented and variegated roses, you reach the swimming pool of mt. 6 wide and mt. 12 in length, made safe, shaded by centuries-old olive trees and immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub. Around the pool sun loungers, deck chairs, tables with chairs.
To the right of the swimming pool, always interspersed with green areas and the Apulian countryside, is a regulation-sized concrete tennis court which, if necessary, can be transformed into a five-a-side football pitch with 2 goals.
About 100 meters from the main structure we find Villa Giovanna, a large patronal villa, composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a bathroom with toilet, bidet, 2 sinks and shower, a double bedroom, on the first floor two double bedrooms with bathroom private in room; second floor attic with large window overlooking the property. Outside there is a sink, a washing machine and an area where you can hang out your laundry.
All facilities have heating.
The area is full of typical restaurants in the nearby districts and towns. By exploring the surroundings you will be able to discover enchanting and evocative corners of the Itria Valley.
