The wild turkeys and deer who greeted us in the morning.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently and loved it. It was so quiet and relaxing. My husband had surgery at the mayo and had to stay in town for a couple days afterwards. The mayo is about a 4 to 5 min drive. I would definitely stay again. We also saw a family of 3 deer right outside our window

I really enjoyed my stay. Check in and check out was easy and hassle free. The appt was lovely, beautifully decorated, clean and very peaceful. Easy access to Mayo and Downtown Rochester. Hope to return. Thanks for being a great and friendly host.

We stayed here while we had some testing done at Mayo, and it was an excellent place to stay for this. The kitchenette is adequate for cooking simple meals, and the furnishings are nice. There are steps around to the back of the house where the apartment is, so if you are having major surgery, this may not be a good fit for that purpose, but otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay.

Nice backyard to sit in. Typically quiet outside. Relaxing.

Quiet and peaceful

The property has a wonderful back yard. We saw deer esting there. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe there. Things were very neat and clean. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Greg was great at communicating about the property and very helpful. I really liked that we were very close to the city. Easy access to shops and restaurants. If we come back to Rochester we would stay again.

Very cozy and respectful hosts. There was not a speck of dirt any where. It is in a great location with lots of necessities near by. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The host was great (cleaned my car off for me after a morning snow), the site was comfortable and clean. The turkeys and deer were right outside of the door.

Prior to arrival, the host sent us a weather report and update due to inclement weather which was incredibly thoughtful! Upon arrival the host had soft music playing with a warm cozy atmosphere. Our stay of 6 days was impressive to say the least! Fully furnished, even offering clean towels when needed. BY FAR a better stay than any hotel! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!

The hosts pleasant greetings. Clear instructions. The only challenge was the steps leading to and from the door. A railing would have made it perfection. The wildlife was wild. Turkeys and Deer , super quiet and wooded yard all added up to greatness!

The house was welcoming and the hosts were very helpful!

Clean room. 10 minutes from Mayo. Be aware of steps down to the entrance of room. Steps are not very well lit and steep, if you have any issues walking I would be wary. Experience of being at VRBO where owner lives on premises was not for us. Also, paid at total of 360 for 5 nights, but was able to move appointments around at Mayo so only stayed 2 nights. Thought the owner would provide some type of refund or discount but they did not. I completely understand that I had rented for full 5 days so that's what I owed, just thought under the circumstances they would have done a little something is all. Owners did a very good job providing detailed house rules.

The hosts were very accommodating and thoughtful. Despite it being in a lower level walkout of their home, it was very private and peaceful. Updated and well equipped for an easy stay.

Very nice for a couple or single in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown and restaurants. Nice landscaping and private outdoor patio area.

The title summarizes it…..Magical nest…beautiful from moment we entered the neighborhood and drove in the drive! Greg is so kind, welcoming, caring, helpful, and a great communicator. Gave us excellent directions before and for our entire stay. The apartment is beautiful! Bed is so comfy. My husband and I were both there for Mayo Clinic visits. It is so easy to get Mayo Clinic and so wonderful to be able to come back and relax. We felt so supported yet very private. Beautiful music playing was a welcoming touch.What a blessing!Thank you Greg and Yvonne! You go above and beyond!

Great option for those in Rochester for Mayo Clinic services - close, clean, and cozy.

Loved staying at the Majestic Nest! Coffee in the backyard every morning watching the wildlife was an added bonus. Host and hostess Greg and Yvonne were very accommodating and catered to our needs! We highly recommend staying at The Nest when looking for a VRBO in Rochester!

Greg was a great host. The Magical Nest was exactly as described/expected. Great for 1or 2 people. It had everything we needed. Location was perfect as well. Nice quiet neighborhood and a shaded/private patio was awesome. The check-in/check-out process very simple/straight forward.

Studio was great with everything we needed provided. Only negative was hearing noise from main house & AC compressor when enjoying back yard. Backyard was still a huge plus!

This was a very nice one bedroom apartment. We were there for appointments with Mayo Clinic. Apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the patio area where we could sit outside on nice days. Was relaxing to listen to the birds singing and see all the turkeys and wildlife wander past. Host Greg was very kind and helpful. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. And did all he could to make our stay relaxing.

This was a wonderful place to stay for my appointment at Mayo. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Safe, walkable neighborhood. Apache Mall, grocery stores and restaurants minutes away. I'm so glad I stayed here instead of a hotel.

We loved this adorable little VRBO! It was so cute, cozy, and clean! Gregg and his wife were so friendly and great to rent from they really made us feel welcome! It was a perfect stay for just the two of us. The back yard is also incredible! Highly recommend staying here!! Thank you Gregg for you and your wife’s extended generosity! My husband and I stayed here while I had appointments at Mayo. Very nice place and perfect for the two of us. Only ten minutes away from the Mayo. Highly recommend. Greg is extremely friendly.

Beautiful well appointed property, everything that was needed for a two week stay was at hand. I visited from Scotland for a two week placement at the Mayo Clinic and could not have been happier with the accommodation.
