Magical cape home on the water with furnished deck, pool, & amazing views

Loved the house and being able to have our boat with us on the canal. The lift worked great. Saw dolphin and tarpon within feet of us. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool is awesome. Friendly neighborhood. Home is nicely set-up for families. Everything worked well. Cape Coral is a lovely area. Seeing the little burrowing owls in the neighborhood was a bonus.

The house was wonderful the location was great.i would definitely see us coming back. I would say that the proprty managers are not on top of cleaning and follow up. When i requested to get the pool heat on the person they sent could not get the pump on. I mentioned that they probably needed more water in the pool to make the pump work. They also only suppiled 2 rolls of tp for a 10 day stay. When asked about it they said they would send someone with some. They never did. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had a food on them and the air fryer did not get clean.

We normally stay in Ft Myers but due to Hurricane Ian that was not possible. We decided we liked the area and wanted to try something new close by. Cape Coral fits that. However, if you are looking for a nice vacation in August, this place is not it. When we arrived, the A/C was set to 80. AND IT WAS OLD. DO you know how long it takes an old air conditioning unit to cool a house down. I thought maybe a couple of hours but NO. It didn't cool down until the dark and only the main part of the house. Bedrooms were stuffy, small and hot through out our stay. When we tried to contact the service for the air, we only got told it would take time to cool down. They never called back or anything. The house was big. The master bedroom was nice, the kitchen/living room was nice. But the pool and supplies and fixtures were not updated. The dolphin fountain in the pictures did not even work. The amenities of leaving beach things were extremely old and dilapidated. The paddle board was broken and the dock area was beyond repair looking. Do not stay here

Very pleased with property, spacious, pool area and was relaxing and had a lovely view of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property

3 bedrooms with large, walk-in shower in main suite

Saw 3 dolphins from the dock. We had a great month long stay and found the home to be exactly as described! Home is a clean & comfortable space in a quiet, fun neighborhood. Pool and canal dock provided hours of relaxation and fishing experiences! Fort Myers Beach is a quick, easy 40 minute drive. We will definitely return!

Overall we were very happy with this house. It is located on a large canal which leads to the very large river. Must be deep because some huge boats came down the canal which was fun to see. We spent most of our time on the dock as the sun was better and the breeze was great. Pros- Large dock for sun or fishing Nice pool area with grill Very comfortable mattress in master Large master bathroom and shower Nice kitchen and living area In neighborhood which was nice for walking Strong Wi-Fi Close to grocery etc Cons- Neither shower warmed up enough Tons of shower heads but most of them useless due to temperature and we tried everything. Neighbors very close but we had no problems at all Paid for heated pool but it wasn’t warm the first couple days We would stay here again, the pros definitely outweighed the cons for us. I believe we were the first to stay in this home. All kitchenware and furniture was new. The Tvs were unplugged and had no cable except living room, pool pump was not circulating and master bath toilet was missing chain to flush so we had to flush it by lifting flapper with our hand. I believe the home needed a better pre rental inspection but apart from that the home was beautiful and we would definelty stay again.
